The Breakout is a slightly understable fairway driver.  It is recommended for people who like the Escape, but want something a little more understable.  It will hold its anhyzer angle, but without turning over all the way to the ground.  It will fly straight when you need it to - a reliable disc for a little extra distance without sacrificing accuracy.  It feels like a fairway driver, but releases like a midrange.

I have a Prime Burst Breakout that is 157 grams. It was an excellent disc for me as a beginner. I could throw it straighter than any other drivers because of the understabilty and light weight. The disc was perfect for backhand turnover shots when I could throw with a little more power.

The Prime Burst plastic takes a beating incredibly fast. After a few weeks of using the Breakout as my primary backhand turnover disc, it became way too flippy for me to use, even with minimal power. I might have gotten more mileage out of that disc if it was heavier and made of nicer plastic, though.

The affordability of the Prime Burst Breakout is another reason why this disc is excellent for beginners. Even though I didn't use this disc for more than a couple of months of heavy playing, it was worth every penny.

I love this disc! It was one of the first discs I ever bought when returning to disc golf. It is super beginner friendly IMHO. As I continue to beat the disk in I am finding I am having even more fun with it. I would definitely suggest this disc as a good starter. Dynamic Discs did a great job with this mold.

This is one of my favorite disc. It seems to be easier to throw forehand and I get better distance. Seems to be pretty stable and doesn't go out-bound very easily unless you throw it bad. I'm a beginner and I would recommend this as a good driver for someone who is starting out.

I love this disc as it is very understable and flippy. Recommend this disc for beginners as it is very good at giving them distance they want. I mainly use this disc for rollers as it gives me a lot of distance. Also use this disc for hyzer-flip ups as it works very well. Recommend for all beginners but not for advanced.

This disc is the first disc I ever purchased, and it served me very well as a beginner.  As an intermediate this disc is extremely flippy, but is good for low power shots that need to get some distance.  I definitely recommend this disc to anyone looking for their first driver.

The Prime Burst Breakout was one of the first discs I had ever thrown, coming in a Dynamic Discs starter pack that I picked up for a pretty good price.  While it definitely is challenging to throw at first, as you get more practice and more of a sense as to what you're supposed to be doing it gets quite easy to throw a nice hyzer on a consistent basis.  It beats in pretty nicely, and although it's made of cheap material, I do like it quite a bit and think it's a fun disc to use as a beginner.  Overall, if you're a beginner looking for a cheap, easy-to-throw driver, this is probably one of your best options.
