I mostly throw the Buzzz for my straight mids. I found one of these CryZtal Sparkle Wasps on the course and I instantly fell in love with it as a complement to my Buzzzes. It feels very similar to a Buzzz in my hand and the bead is not that noticeable for me. The flight is nice and straight but with a consistent overstable finish. Where I can get a slight turn or hyzer flip with my Buzzzes, the Wasp always finishes left and gives me other options for lines.

I used to bag a Pyro but this disc is less stable than that or a Buzzz OS. It also has a bit more glide than either of those discs. It is not as comfortable on a forehand as the Pyro or Buzzz OS but I have other discs for that throw so I don't miss it.

As a long time Buzzz thrower, picking up the Wasp for the first time was a great experience. I immediately felt at home because of the similar feel. I barely noticed the bead, though it is pretty pronounced. It just felt like a Buzzz in my hand. The flight was also extrememly similar. They tend to fly very close lines but the Wasp doesn't glide quite as much. I do not feel like it is much more overstable than a Buzzz, though. It probably holds up into headwinds better but I am not sure how much different than a Buzzz this disc acts in the calm or woods. I probably won't bag both, but I would be just as happy being a Wasp thrower as I would be a Buzzz thrower.

I bought a wasp to be a compliment to my main mid in the Emac truth. I wanted it to be more overstable, but it turns out to be almost exactly like the base plastic Emac truth in stability. While I was upset that it wasn't what I was hoping for, I'm happier that it is what it is. A premium plastic version of the mid that I refuse to give up.
