One of my favorite drivers from Discraft. Very comfortable in the hand and very workable, while still being reliable. Almost like a 9 speed Buzzz, which is excellent. I have one that is nice and stable and an older pfn one that has more turn. They compliment each other perfectly. This is an excellent disc for controlled distance as well as a go to fairway driver

best fairway for those dead straight to slightly under stable shots. With a bigger arm you can definitely get some fantastic flip and ride out of this disc but for lower arm speed it will be your slightly over stable big distance fairway. One of the first discs I got my hands on and it hasn't left my bag. It will continue to be a stable for those shots for me.

I bought a Mystery disc with my order and I received a Z-Line red with gold stamp. I'm loving this disc as a Control Driver. It is very stable with a bit of fade at the end. It holds a nice Hyzer flip backhand to get me a consistent 275-300 ft. It has replaced my Valkyrie in my bag.

I bought a Mystery disc with my order and I received a Z-Line red with green stamp and it is by far my best flying disc. It is just stable enough to hold a nice Hyzer forehand when I need it but I can flip it for a nice flex line while in the woods.

I was looking for a dead straight fairway driver and i think in found it. this disc has the perfect amount of understability to hyzer flip but it has enough stability to fade a little at the end when thrown flat. it is one of my favorite fairways and somehow it can still crush when not thrown hard.

The undertaker has been a surprisingly great purchase for me.  I own the Paige Pierce Signature Z Undertaker and it has been my go to fairway driver for control drives up to 350 feet and my go to turn over driver.  It flies very straight when thrown on slight hyzer to flat and is great for intermediate players to learn turnover shots with.  Can't recommend this disc enough.  I read many reviews before buying and after hearing Paul Mcbeth claim it was the straightest disc he'd ever thrown I decided to buy one.  It's probably my favorite disc to throw right now.  Get you one!

I've thrown just about every fairway driver out there and I keep coming back to the Undertaker.

The best part about the Undertaker is that through all of the different plastic types Discraft offers you can find one with the right stability for you. I currently bag a first run Elite Z and a stock ESP. The first run is around 9/5/.5/2.5 for stability while the ESP is close to 9/5/-1.5/1. There are other runs without any turn and a soft fade for dead straight shots and there are some that are basically Raptor-esque. So if you want a workhorse driver that can fill nearly fairway shot out there than a Undertaker is a good place to look.

The undertaker is a phenomenal fairway driver! It's my goto in my bag for several years now! It's the perfect disc to throw on slight anyhyzer and it will fly on that angle and then reliably turn back flat and straight with a slight left finish at the end! It's the perfect disc between and distance driver and a midrange. If you put less power into your throw RHBH on slight anyhyzer it will fly a perfect S curve. It's often compared to a less powered wraith. Definitely pick one of these bad boys up! The Z plastic is great, but I also like my undertakers in titanium and ESP as well,

The undertaker is a very good woods driver. I use it all the time for slightly understable or straight shots. It is very reliable and the Z plasitc keeps it reliable for a long time.

Very consistent STRAIGHT fairway/control driver. I tried a variety of discs in this slot, nothing quite matched the flight of the Undertaker. Titanium flies a bit more understable for me, with the tour series swirl Z's most overstable. With that said, clean release nearly every time, with a much longer Buzzz like dead straight flight. I get very little turn, and very little fade. Nice soft landing when thrown well.

I've had an ESP Undertaker for a few months and I never really threw it in a round. This past weekend it became my new favorite disc. The disc has the ability to fight threw a headwind, crosswind, and flies far with a good tailwind. I ordered two more to have as backups in case I ever lose it. I love the Undertaker!

My go to driver especially if I want a little more distance. Similar flight to a valkyrie, but a little more stable in my opinion. Reliable straight flight with a little turn then fade when thrown flat. I can generally always get between 300 and 350 feet. Love this disc.

The Discraft Undertaker is the newest disc in my bag, however it has definitely fit nicely into the faster control driver slot. The Undertaker is a lot of fun to throw to throw on the course, and it really useful on the wooded holes of my local course. I have the Undertaker in Z Line plastic which has the durability I love and yet still a good about of grippiness.

For me the Undertaker performs like a faster Innova TeeBird. I can get some really nice distance out of the Undertaker on a straight line with a nice consistent fade at the end without needing to complete rip on the disc. I find this disc very useful for longer holes where I need to hit a particular gap.

The Undertaker has a nice feel in the hand on a forehand throw as well.

If you are looking to step up in speed and distance from something like the TeeBird but looking to maintain the controllability and reliability, the Discraft Undertaker might be exactly what you are looking for. I highly recommend it!

This is my go-to driver.  I have a Z Line, ESP (favorite) and Titanium.  I've just started playing disc golf in the spring of 2020, so trying to find something I can throw straight and far.  I struggle to get the arm speed needed for higher speed discs, but I throw the Undertaker well enough to use it anything 300ft or beyond.  I also don't have big hands, so the smaller rim helps and feels very comfortable in hand.  Tend to turnover on most forehand shots if I throw too low, but that's probably because my forehand is trash.  Try this disc if you're struggling with distance drivers as a beginner.

Howdy. So as a newcomer to this sport who's immediately and deeply in love with the game, I'm running through a lot of discs. As my form and arm speed improve I'm finding that I have a new favorite disc about every two weeks. Ever since I started hitting consistent 300 foot drives, this disc in the Ti plastic has been my most go to in my bag. I just got one in Zflx and can't wait to throw it. My most frequently played tracks are heavily wooded and narrow, and I'm able to regularly hit lines and tight gaps with this disc.

It's pretty funny because the first people I ever played with 5 months ago or so who were fairly experienced players all told me that Discraft was the Huffy of Disc Golf. They strongly advised me to steer clear of this brand. It's been my experience that the opposite has been true. By far my best success has been with discs like the Buzzz, Fierce, Zone and now the Undertaker. Perhaps this is because of how new I am to the game but I have doubts about that. I'm starting to think that I just happened to play a round with a group of very experienced idiots. I love this disc. Get two.

Not sure why, but this disc was incredibly overstable for me.  I will continue to give it a shot but it is more overstable than my speed 13 discs, even some that are brand new.  I wonder if I got an anomaly with all the positive reviews and love for this disc.  Not giving up just didn't work the way I wanted it to.  For perspective, I can throw a forehand 475 ft. with a Havoc or Bolt with a good effort but I think I'd be luck to throw this 300 with a flat release.

I have recently replaced the Teebirds in my bag with Undertakers. I feel the Undertaker has the flight path I'm really looking for in a control driver. It has the ability to hold an anhyzer release but still fade at the end, giving you the ability to shape some really nice shots. It just flies so straight and consistent and is able to handle powerful shots. It also holds a great forehand line as well, the glide is great when you're able to that amount of spin on the shot.

I definitely recommend this disc to anyone, from beginner to advanced level.

The Z line undertaker is amazing! It is predictable in the wind and comfortable in my hand. The fade is a bit heavier on the Z line as opposed to the ESP, but when it comes to a straight line, the Undertaker delivers!

The undertaker is my go-to "distance driver". if you power down to about 80% you can throw it flat, watch it turn some, and come back to center and end with a nice fade. Rip it with a little hyzer and it will flip up and fly. This disc is easy to throw and get good distance, my average throw with it is about 325, but if I push it to get full flight its a little over 350.

I love this disc and would recommend it for anyone rather beginning or experience. The flight patter is very consistent, it can be thrown with a forehand or backhand type of throw and it pretty much always lands where you mean it to land. Not only does it have great speed on the disc but it is steady, can fight the wind and is always consistent.

I'm on my second Undertaker after losing my ESP version in a creek. I was given a new Z Undertaker a few weeks later and both were around 173g and fly more stable than the flight numbers. Both I've had fly similarly to a Thunderbird and I got no turn on a flat release with both. I typically drive in the 325ft range backhand so I'm not sure if I've had more overstable runs, if my arm speed is too slow, or if the turn doesn't really develop until the disc is worn in. With the similar flight numbers compared to a Viking, which is my favorite 9 speed driver, I'm hopeful that it will wear in to have a nice slight turn and forward fade

This is a great fairway driver that is very accurate and capable of big distance. The flight numbers are spot on. I'd mostly just like to address the hand feel -

I have this disc in Z line and ESP, and they both have only a slight dome. For reference, they are not quite as domey as a Champ Thunderbird or Fuzion Getaway, but not so flat as a Star Thunderbird. The rim has a slight convex shape to it. Over all, it feels very good in the hand both forehand and backhand.

If you're going into this as unfamiliar with Discraft plastic as I was, you may take note: while ESP and Z line are Discrafts analogues to Star/Fuzion/Tournament and Champion/Lucid/VIP, respectively, they tend to be stiffer. I'm waiting to see how they break in, but new they are noticeably stiffer than other comparable plastics.

Still, a great fairway driver that is controllable and bombable. Would recommend for that 9 speed slot, up there with Getaway or Thunderbird.

The Undertaker was the first driver I picked up after a year of throwing nothing faster than my Buzzz.  This disc, like the Buzzz, keeps me honest, while still being somewhat forgiving.  I am still working on my angles with this one.  When I nail a hyzer flip with this it just goes, fade is reliable but not overly hooking.  It will turn if put on anhyzer, and can turn and burn - which is usually a result of my poor form.

I've grown to love the Undertaker.  I'm an advanced beginner (RHBH mainly, 350-400ft; forehand 350-400 ft; usually slightly over par player) and this disc is versatile. Thrown hard it will easily hyzer flip, thrown anhyzer it will gently turn and then straighten out and fade back on a nearly straight line. I can get an Undertaker out to around 360 feet, not any further. The rim is like any speed 9 driver, not too wide but not too narrow like a Buzz for power shots. I really like the Z plastic, I have that and the Z flex and I prefer the Z in general. I think it is the quintessential fairway driver or control driver for any bag.

The Undertaker has been slowly becoming one of the most comfortable discs in my bag. It flies like a fast Buzzz. It is very easy to keep this disc on whatever line it’s released on. It doesn’t require a big arm to get distance with, but can stand up to some big throws. Perfect for players of any skill range from beginners to 5x world champions. This is the one disc I recommend to more people than any other disc I have ever thrown. The Undertaker has the perfect blend of stability and speed for any players game, and in my opinion, it is the best mold Discraft produces. Throw it flat, it will go straight with a touch of finishing hyzer. Throw it on hyzer, it will either flip to flat or ride the pushing hyzer to the ground (depending on how beat the disc). Throw it on anhyzer, it will follow the line usually finishing flat as it loses speed. As it gets beat, it turns into a great roller as well! The perfect disc to learn a control forehand with as well, as it forces you to put it on the angle you want to hit without "muscling" the disc to fly. Controllable from 250-380, the Undertaker will fill the straight-stable fairway spot in your bag. I highly recommend you try one out today!

I'm not really a big fan of this disc.  The rim feels a bit too deep to throw forehand and my backhand is not good enough to get any great flight out of it.  I was hoping this disc would be a great in between for my Firebird and Valkyrie, but it just isn't.  It doesn't come out of the bag much.  I think my biggest gripe with it is the feel of the rim.  It feels more like a mid than a fairway driver and it just doesn't release from my hand as smooth because of it.  I will not give up on it yet and will update this review if I start liking it more.

*Update* I have kept working with this disc and I modified my forehand grip to what I've read online as a power grip, with the index finger curled in.  Using this grip, the disc comes out much smoother and I am getting the flight I had expected.  It flies just like the numbers.  I am glad I stuck with this disc, because I am liking it a lot now!

A nice shot shape that keeps the shape in most conditions. If thrown into a stiff head wind it will over turn and not  fade back. In a slight head wind you will get an over extended high speed turn but it will fight back to be right along your intended flight path. With a tailwind the high speed turn almost doesn't happen but you will get extended flight riding the wind. This is an impressive disc that fits in most bags because it is predictable in what it does and in the distance that you get.

This is a review of a first run z undertaker. Profile wise this disc is an L-wing mold with a flat top. Not board flat due to the shoulder of the to mold, but very flat flight plate. It's comparable to a TL3 level of flat. I've heard later runs in Z are more domey. The disc shape and feel is very similar to an FD, TL3, or Eagle L. I bag the FD, and if someone told me the Undertaker was a flat top FD I would believe them at first feel. If you prefer Thean x-wing like on a Teebird or Explorer, the Undertaker may disappoint. The rim width definitely is not that of a speed 9 disc, it will feel comparable to a speed 7-8 vs something like a Thunderbird.

Flight wise, nothing too special here. Very straight flight with a some fade. On a good rip the Undertaker will hit the ground before fading, and won't skip much at all. The disc takes power very well, and handles fine in the wind. Where the Undertaker really excels over similar discs in the speed 7-8 category is forehand - it is comfortable and handles power well. Enough glide for some controllable distance, but nothing crazy long likefor a fairway driver like I can get from an FD or Escape. I've heard first run z's are the most stable, so I look forward to trying out an esp and big Z Undertaker to compare.

This disc instantly made my bag in place of Explorers or Teebirds. My go-to fairway is an S-line FD, and the Undertaker keeps that same feel with more stability and wind performance, as well as a touch more speed. If I didn't like the feel of an FD, I probably would pass on the Undertaker and use an Explorer instead. Ive never thrown a second-run FD, but a first run Z Undertaker has to be very similar, not to mention much cheaper and easier to find. There are a number of discs do the same job, the Undertaker works best for me in that stable-slightly os slower fairway slot.

Feels great in the hand, can be thrown BH or FH. Straight, stable fairway. Don't be afraid to RIP it flat. It holds straight and has very little HST. On a hyzer line it'll hold with a lot of forward penetration.  On an anhyzernline it'll turn for the majority of the flight and flatten out at the end.

It earned a spot on my bag because it is so comfortable and easy to throw.

The Undertaker is a nice control driver fro Discraft. This disc was a relatively straight disc for me, but I think it would be plenty stable for slower arms. I was able to get some nice hyzer flip to flat shots that just seemed to glide for a ways, and a minor fade at the end. This is a disc that can cover quite a few shots once it gets worked in a bit. It flew like a less stable Vulture for me.

One of the first discs I ever tried, I had no idea how valuable this disc was until I gained a little more understanding of the game and experience. Some of the softer plastics will give you a RHBH that will turn and carry on a slight anhyzer. A harder plastic like the Elite Z will give you a nice and striaght zip down the fairway with some fade at the end. Overall, I think the Undertaker is a good choice for just about any arm speed, and is absolutely a staple in my bag. But don't take my word for it: Paul McBeth is already digging it as he takes his talents to the Discraft world.

The Undertaker seems so underrated! (heh) Seriously though, this mold has really surprised me. It's very comfortable in the hand and releases very smoothly. It's currently in the process of knocking out a couple Volts from my bag thanks to how much more consistently they release from my hand.

I didn't agree with the PDGA specs on this disc's rim width so I used my digital calipers. The rim width is right at 18mm which puts it as an 8 speed disc. I would assume this would make it comparable to a Teebird3 or a TL3, but I don't have experience with those molds.

I have two first run Z and two Titanium Undertakers that offer plenty of stability for me and my current 380ft arm. When fresh and thrown flat, they will hold dead flat and maybe offer the tiniest amount of turn before nicely fading back. Even in a stiff headwind, these discs fight back, for me, without a problem.

Overall, I really think everyone should give this disc a shot.

I really like this disc.  It is not overly stable but has solid stability.  Very Trusty fast control driver.  I throw this disc both Forehand and Backhand . The mold and plastic feel great in the hand. Goes straight long way then has healthy fade. Some turn when thrown for max distance up to 350ft but controlled. I would compare this kind of to a Saint Pro but with more reliable fade and less glide which is a good thing for a control driver.  The disc does get less stable pretty fast but it still doesn't get to understable.  I plan on getting more. I have a first run of this disc and it is my get out of trouble disc. It's very reliable for a shot that's slightly over-stable. Anything 300 and under is right in this wheel-house.

The only issues that I've had with it is the tendency to not have as much glide as listed, and you often have to give it a good huck for it to fully soar. Again though, I would reccomend it to any-one that is looking for a tee-bird replacement, or a tweener fairway/distance driver

My first run undertaker is what I expected saint or saint pro to be in the first place, perfect for wooded courses, straight shot into reliable fade.

First signs of turn start coming at shots longer than 260-270 feet(actual straight line level field distance) on a flat release and low line. Starts S-curving nicely on longer shots but always finishing left for me, unless there is wind (not throwing this disc into winds really ever).

Not a windfighting disc if you throw with decent speed, could definitely be good for that purpose as well for beginners.

All in all a beautiful disc, for me the most used driver in the woods when I can or have to finish left rhbh. Also works wonders on anhyzer shots that have to straighten out and still finish slightly to the left although I try to avoid this type of shot like the plague.

    Would say the disc started out as 9 5 0 4, after around 2 months of throwing 9 5 -0,5 3

first run undertaker is the best disc ever. This is my go to any distance shot disc i even putt with it if i grip locked my putter into never never land. it goes straight a little fade and boom the birdie has landed.  I have thrown this right into trees at max power and not even a scratch very tough. which if you are a tree slammin master like me you need the tough plastics. I can go through and destroy DX or pro-D discs in one round if im having a awesome day at being a lumberjack and choppin wood.  I bought one when they first came out threw it for a couple days and bought 4 more.  the next day everyone sold out of the first runs.  I havent got a Big Z yet but i will because i love the Big Z discs i have in other models.  Beginers should grab one or several because it will be your go to as advertised.  I give all my newbs my undertaker to try out and then i hand them a destroyer or whatever other crap disc i dont like enough to protect from their ham fists and they all want to keep my undertaker.  If you dont like your undertaker send them to me ill gladly throw them for you.

Threw this disc for awhile and it has good stability and can be thrown on any line and it just holds and goes aways. The only disadvantage was the rim just didnt feel that good in my hands. Good for advanced players that want to crank on it and watch it go dead straight with minimal fade and begineers may like it for over stable skip shots.

i didn't really think this disc was different than other discraft disc.  the avenger flys the same and feels better in the hand.  the feel of the undertaker feels a lot like a tracker.  i guess the pro of this disc it and in between a predator so if you need a less stable pred use a undertaker. i don't hate the disc i just had higher expectation for it.  discraft let me down.

Just what Discraft fans have been asking for. A slightly overstable fairway driver along the lines of a thunderbird. Headwinds are no problem. Go to flick disc, and great fade for those times you just have to make that corner. Best release by Discraft in years. Bag it right between you firebird style and teebird style flight discs.

After taking the Undertaker out for a spin, I found it to be a solid new member of the Discraft family. I have used a lot of Discraft through the years and I have never stopped throwing some of those discs. On the upside, the Undertaker was very predictable and reliable for a semi-long distance throw with a solid fade. I could see myself using it regularly. But on that same note (and possibly on the downside) I don't feel the immediate need to add it to my bag because it feels and flies quite a bit like other Discraft discs that I already use on a regular basis. Purhaps the strength of the Undertaker comes in windy conditions where it can hold a line better than some of the other Discraft models out there, but until I beat up my older discs and need a replacement, I'll keep this one in mind as a backup to my trusty 'ol Elite Z XL (though Undertaker is a tad faster than the XL).

This is a pretty solid driver!  It goes straight for some time before reliably fading off left.  I felt like it was pretty similar to my Legacy Rival, maybe a touch more overstable.  I never turned it over (unless I purposely tried to anny it).  It's combination of Fade and Speed never let me get it super far- but I could get it to about 300 feet accurately.  I could see how somebody with a big arm could throw this pretty far!

Definitely a fun new disc to try from Discraft!

The Discraft Undertaker is a solid stable driver. It's a disc that will fly mostly straight, glides well, and has a consistent fading finish every time. I threw a 170-172g green undertaker, and for me this disc was perfect for shots where my opening was to the right and it needed to finish left in the 270-300 foot range on my backhand throws. I parked two holes like this with the undertaker in my round this morning for easy birdies. In flight, the undertaker is  like a more overstable Discraft Heat. Flight wise, it is pretty similar to my Westside Stag.

For some people the Undertaker might be a good forehand disc as well, but it wasn't for me. This is a pretty domey disc and turned over too easily coming out of my hand. The Undertaker doesn't do anything new or special that other discs don't, but for Discraft fans looking for a good stable fairway driver that has some decent glide, the Undertaker is definitely a good one.

Alright, so I tried out the Undertaker this morning, and I am very impressed. If you throw Discraft, I think this is a must have. It is a straight, dependable driver. I throw a CD2, and this reminded me of that disc, but maybe slightly more stable. Out of the box it is just a straight, true flier with a dependable fade. Maybe as it beats in more it might flip, but I could put some power into it and it would hold straight and not turn over at all. Again, Definitely a disc Discraft throwers will love and should add to their bag in my opinion!
