The Nuke OS is exactly as advertised: an extremely overstable Nuke. I'm giving it 4.5 stars because it does exactly what it's meant to do.

I picked this disc up to use as a utility driver, and it is just that. Unless you throw 75+ MPH  consistently (which I do not), I doubt this will be a disc with which you get a lot of distance. However, this disc is excellent for getting around corners with massive skips and is fantastic for tomahawks and thumbers.

Be advised that this disc may be quite uncomfortable to grip if you have small hands. I have large hands, but even I find the rims of the Nuke and Nuke OS to be really wide compared to other 13 speeds.

I really enjoy this disc. I can lean heavily on it and get the expected results every time. This thing is a meat hook and not something you would ever use to try and put way down the fairway. It works absolutely perfect for me on a hyzer skip line. I have a hole on my local course that just absolutely has a 90 degrees left turn. It's a par 4 and meant to be played as get to the corner then upshot for the birdie but with this disc I can put a nice hyzer line and skip it to circle two and give myself an eagle opportunity. This isn't really a distance driver because of how fast it will fade out. More of a long range control driver. If you can throw it then it will be an excellent utility disc to add to your bag. Would not recommend for beginners at all. This is very high speed and very overstable. Pick this one up when you have a year or two under your belt and can handle the speed better.

Gave the disc a 4/5 due to it's meathook capability. I bought the OS in ESP plastic thinking it would be a great edition to my bag. Still have yet to figure out how to throw this thing.

Great for spike shots or fast skip shots but that's about all I can get out of it. Prefer the SS series for backhanding and control.

If you have the power to launch this thing on a line it would be a great disc but would not recommend to people new to the sport.

174 ESP.  Extended Range Control Driver.  I have two ESP and two Z Nuke OS.  Both of the ESP started VERY over stable and are still more stable than the Z.   The Z show little wear and fly very straight.  Both provide a strong, reliable finish, and a large skip when thrown low and flat.

The rim is enormous.  I do not have huge hands, but the Nuke family rims give me the best backhand grip and cleanest snap out of all the discs I've ever thrown.

I can only get about 350 out my Nuke OS.  The thing is though, it is the most reliable and repeatable 350 ever, even into a strong wind.   I find myself using the Nuke OS a lot more than I ever thought I would.  Any throw that I might use a Raptor for, I get an extra 50 feet with the Nuke OS.  Any time I question whether a Force or Nuke will handle a headwind, I go with the Nuke OS and still get most of distance I would have anyway.

I don't know how big of an arm you need to get 425 out of this disc, but it flies so nice for me, that I have to believe its the wide rim that keeps more players from using this disc.

Consider trying a Nuke OS if you find yourself wishing your Raptor or Firebird would fly 25-50 feet farther.

I picked up a nuke os and I really do not know why. I love my z nuke because it flies straight to overstable. I got a nuke os thinking it would be a great wind disc and hyzer disc, but boy did I underestimate it. This disc is a meat hook of all meat hooks for me. I did not realize how slow my armspeed really was until I tried this disc out. I like the feeling of this disc in the hand because it feels similar to my nuke. But I really can't find any use for this disc at all. I don't know if I could get in a wind strong enough to make this disc a useable disc for me. That being said, people with big arms might like the consistent fade and overstability you will get out of this disc. If you are turning over a lot of distance drivers check out the nuke os because it will not turnover for you. I have even heard Paul Mcbeth talk about how overstable this disc is, just sucks that it was after I already gave it a try. Maybe some big time pros or guys that just bomb the disc will love this disc but I think it will always be a no go for me.
