My flight ratings for the Jawbreaker Crystal FLX is 9/4/0/3, when compared to the Z, it's less stable with more glide and a fade that dumps vs fades... this is with a nose down flat release. Sure I can nose up release this disc and get it to fade. I like it to compliment my Z Raptor so it has less ground play but I could see it getting kicked out of the bag for the Z Cap Rap.

Exactly as advertised, this is a highly overstable fairway for severe flex lines or forehands. What sets the latest run apart is the Jawbreaker Z Flx plastic, which is nicely gummy and flexible. It limits the flare skips that this style of disc is often known for, and allows it to have super predictable ground play. Also great for playing in colder climates, and a cool looking disc always flies better (it's science).

Need a longer Zone OS, or an ultra-stable utility disc?

One of the only discs I believe justifies a positive turn number. I've never thrown a Raptor, because I like my Draco and Firebird. The Captain's Raptor is what I reach for when I need to stretch out further than I would comfortably with my Zone OS but still need/want that no turn+hard fade. Classic meathook skip flare shot. Flexes almost immediately out of a regular anny. Have yet to throw an aggressive anyzer with it. Have yet to throw it in the wind. I think the JB FLX plastic is super fun. Time will tell how quickly it beats in. Didn't notice any issues with peeling or manufacturing defects.

Utility disc to the maximum. I've thrown this once or twice every round since I got it. Usually off the tee, though I could see scrambling with it. Maybe some rounds I won't need it, but I'll always bag one from here on out. Just pay attention to where it lands, curse of the semi-clear discs.
