The Anax (pronounced "Onyx") is Paul McBeth's new signature fairway/power driver. This 10-speed driver will fight the wind and stay straight down the fairway before a nice fade at the end. Slower arm speeds will find this disc to be very reliable for shorter fairway drives. Big arms can expect big distance out of the Anax.

This disc is one of my favorite approach discs. My favorite thing about it is the 6 glide, it not only makes the disc really fun to throw but the glide helps add some distance for anyone with a slower arm speed. It’s a really versatile utility disk, it shapes well to whatever angle you’re throwing at. It also works well for approaches with the slower speed that helps the disc settle by the basket instead of skipping like a lot of higher speed discs. Definitely pick one of these discs up for your bag, you won’t be sorry.

I typically reserve this for power side arm shots.  I can throw it back hand without issue but aside from heavy wind days, I prefer the Undertaker or Vulture for my BH shots.  When thrown with a good side arm shot it will hold its line and hunt exactly like you want it to.  In the bag for sure.
