I feel like some of the flight numbers on these older molds need to be updated. This is a great discs but it is not as far flying as some other 5 speeds out there. 4 to 4.5 speed is what id say as I do throw plenty other 5 speeds further on straight lines. 

I wrote an extensive review on this mold a little while ago and it's still the best disc ever made. I now own way more than is necassary. Torque resitant and extremely workable. I typically bag 2-3 because I can so many variations on the stability. This is a great disc and will never leave my bag!

The MD3 is possibly my favorite disc I have ever thrown. The hand feel is better than the buzzz by about 10 times. It isn't the blocky, stiff feel that I was so accustomed to when I was throwing the buzzz. Don't get me wrong, the buzzz is an amazing disc, but I really see no reason for having one in the bag when this thing exists. It is slightly more overstable than the buzzz, which I love.

Great if your looking to only have one mid- radge very versitle 

FINALLY my search for a comfortable OS mid is over!!!

Beadless Roc3 is what I was told this disc was and that's what this disc is.  I get a good straight flight for 1/2 to 2/3 of the distance then the fade starts.  It's not a crazy hard dump fade but a controllable fade.  Plastic feels amazing in my hands, I am so happy this slot in my bag is finally filled.  If you don't like beads (like me) and want an OS mid then this is a MUST try!
