The Aftershock is a solid overstable disc in the DGA lineup. While not quite as overstable as the Shockwave, the Aftershock still offers a consistent and predictable fading flight path while also providing more distance. This midrange can handle powerful throws and will keep its line for almost the entire flight path. The disc features a microbead, increasing the stability slightly and offering more durability.

I bag between 2-3 aftershocks at any given time, usually an sp and DGPT pro line swirl aftershocks.  Oh dear is this disc slept on.  For me it is a workhorse midrange up to about 330ft.  I originally purchased this disc hoping it would be a more stable/over stable buzzz.  It is definitely closer to the slightly more OS runs of buzzzes.  Either way the aftershock quickly became my most trusted midrange.

    Some key points:

This disc has great integrity.  You can rip on it without much worry of turning it over.

Very glidey, I think it has more glide than a 4.

Good for straight to fade shots, slight hyzer flips, hyzer and hold shots and nice smooth anhyzer throws that get down flat.

Overall a super trustworthy and underrated disc.
