If it wasn't for the feel of the plastic, this disc would get a 5 star rating. I have never felt this with Star plastic, but for some reason with this disc the plastic seems very slick. It's not too much of an issue when it comes to grip, but when it hits ground at an angle this disc tends to flair much farther than normal discs.

I have a 180g Star Lion with the cool lookin' stamp. It's my go-to midrange for approach shots where I don't want the disc to skip too much past the basket. It's decently heavy so I don't use it off the tee. The disc is really flat and has a firm bead underneath that some may find a bit uncomfortable. The shallowness of the disc has definitely caused it to fly out of my hand too early at times.

It's really good in the wind because of its weight. As well as being heavy, it's extremely firm in the Star plastic. Throw it on a hyzer and it'll keep its line. Throw it on a slight anhyzer and it'll flatten out for a good distant mid-range shot. This thing'll be in my bag for a long time.
