Out of the box (173-175g), this disc in Halo plastic is more stable than expected. It has amazing glide and distance but feels more like an 8 or 9 speed. It flies like my teebirds with a straighter finish. It will hold an anhyzer better. I have to throw at nearly 400 feet of power to get some turn out of it. I threw it against a L64 River which I was able to put on hyzer and activate a late turn at around 300-360.

While it can fly very straight, it is more sensitive to release angle during the early phase of flight than a teebird and will tend to hold the angle of release rather than flip to flat. I find it less forgiving to actually throw straight. I'm not totally sure what to do with this disc as it has the distance of a lucid escape or dynasty but lacks the turn that lets you power down for less distance.

I have the halo star Hawkeye and compared to the c line FD, the halo Hawkeye is a touch more stable and more torque resistant. They have similar feels but I prefer the Hawkeye simply because it is produced in Halo Star plastic.

In Halo Star the Hawkeye is a great disc but a shade more stable than the star Hawkeye. It's not quite as dead straight out of the box as the flight numbers would suggest but is still a great disc nonetheless. It flies straight with a slight finish when thrown flight, and when thrown on hyzer it won't quite flip to flat for me but rather gets a very long glidey fade.

My new go to disc when shooting through the woods/tunnel shots! if i put it on a slight anhyzer it perfectly levels back out to finish almost dead straight!

These are awesome! I bought a max weight blue one hoping it would fly like a slightly beat c-line fd, and it does! Flies like a longer buzz for me, 2 guys I play with went and bought one after trying mine.

First things first: yes this is very similar to an FD (a tad straighter, flippier) and could probably fit the same spot as a Leopard3 as well (notably different height and rim shape)

Comparisons aside, for Intermediate players I find this disc to be a more maneuverable alternative to an FD or a Leopard3 (or even a TL) but still has some torque resistance. Straight flyer with some reliable fade and likely will get you more distance than you're expecting!

I have this disc in Halo plastic at 176g. For my noodle arm the disc flies very straight with a little fade at the end. I'm getting no early turn, which I really like. It just flies straight and then finishes a little left (RHBH). I feel there are better discs for true beginners but if you have already have some experience throwing, then I think you'll find this disc very reliable.

I was hoping for a more stable FD and this disc was the key. Straight flier and quick out of the hand. Hailey King picked a great disc to be a signature disc and the halo star plastic feels great. I would give it a higher glide though as it seems to float in air for a long time. With enough power this disc can be shaped and used to get around obstacles in open spaces.

I would recommend this disc for anyone.

This disc shows one less glide than the FD that Innova molded for Discmania for many years, but at least for the one I got, it's easily as glidey and less stable. VERY straight flying, great hyzer flip disc, and one of my favorite new discs I have recently purchased.
