The Yikun Hu (Chinese Nine Tailed Fox) is a slightly understable control driver that is slightly faster, and more stable than the Gou. This is a great all-purpose driver.

    Phoenix Star Details

The Phoenix Line plastic is long-lasting and has a great, translucent appearance. The Phoenix Star blend adds extra sparkles to the mix for added appeal and often has a much gummier feel with good grip.

The Saint from L64 has been one of my favorite control drivers, so I decided to try this disc since it's supposed to have a similar flight path. I think picking a favorite between the Saint and Hu is going to be difficult. The Hu is much more understable than the numbers indicate, it's flippier and holds an angle even better than the Saint. The numbers printed on the disc are 9 5 0 2, but I think it actually flies closer to the numbers given by infinite discs- 9 5 -2 2. You can get some good distance without having a strong arm, and I think it gives more glide than it says, comparable to the Saint. It has a lot of turn and not a lot of fade, so it gives a very nice S shape when thrown. The Phoenix Star is absolutely gorgeous, probably the prettiest disc I own. The plastic itself is slightly translucent with bits of sparkle in it, and the design is very nice and embedded with bits of reflective foil. This is immediately one of my favorite discs, but I think beginners could get frustrated with it since it really likes to hold whatever angle you give it.

Pretty straight flying disc, in star plastic it seems slightly understable as it holds anny harder than say a Discraft Mantis. Great disc to accurately see you release angles as it does what you tell it.
