The Yikun Hu (Chinese Nine Tailed Fox) is a slightly understable control driver that is slightly faster, and more stable than the Gou. This is a great all-purpose driver.

The Phoenix Line HU is a very good neutral to flippy 9 speed.  The Phoenix plastic is more stable then the Tiger plastic, making the HU more usable to me.  I was able to throw the HU as hard as I could with hyzer and it flipped up to flat and turned with a nice fade just over 400ft.

I cannot speak for everyone, but this is the best flippy disc ever made. For the beginner, it has a friendly feel in the hand and will fly straight because of what a paper plate this thing is. For the intermediate, this is a good disc to learn rollers with. For the hard throwers, you need this disc, you will not find another like it EXCEPT for the DD Witness. It is the same disc pretty much.

I was once stuck with a patent pending stance behind a tree 400' out from the hole with nothing but a roller line available. I threw this thing at like 50% and it turned immediately, hit the ground 80 feet in front of me,  and rolled directly to the pin.

    Most underrated disc ever made.

Got one as a mystery disc - about 172 grams, in the Phoenix plastic. It's a beautiful disc with a great stamp! Of all my nine-speed discs, this one is the easiest for me to throw, which I guess is due to its understability. With a little extra 'umph,' it flies quite a bit like my Leopard3, just faster. I didn't have trouble with mine flipping over, but it takes me some touch to get it flying right.

Found this unmarked so I hucked it. Wasn't really sure what I was throwing. Honestly it made me question my throwing entirely. Do I even know what I'm doing to get such consistent shanks? Very tempermental. Maybe the mold, maybe the way it weathered.

Only giving 2 cuz I got 1 nice Hyzerflip in a tunnel before I botched the putt. And it's grippy AF

Not bad understable fairway driver. In Phoenix plastic very similar to VIP Westside Hatchet. A suitable disc for beginners.

The Hu is a really nice disc for those control drive shots. I actually get a slightly more understable flight out of mine than the flight chart suggests. On BH hyzers it flips up rides right and ends up with a small fade at the end. If you give it the slightest of anhyzers it will turn into a very nice roller.

The glide is pretty impressive, episcopally since this one has a bit of a puddle top.

The plastic is very nice and pretty durable very much like Discrafts Elite Z.

Grippy and durable, but actually gouges more easily than it scuffs which is a little odd.

Overall I like it, but I don't use this type of disc often. If you like a Valkarie, this is fairly similar.

I got a Hu along with some other Yikun discs from right here on Infinite Discs. While all of them were passable, none were that great. The Hu is no exception to that rule.

The plastic blend is good. Pretty standard stuff, but had better than average grip. Durability was good...even after much testing I couldn't find any dings or gouges. The cool artwork on the stamp is another plus for this disc.

As for the flight, I found the Hu to have more high speed stability than was advertised or the flight charts show. It is firmly a control driver...faster and with a wider rim than a standard fairway driver but not a distance driver...and I was able to push it out past 350 on several backhand shots.  When thrown flat the disc almost immediately tracks off to the right, without ever fully turning over. As it slows down it bites back pretty hard as it crashes to the Earth. Even on low anhyzer, I found that the Hu would fade back at the end of its flight.

One cool aspect of this disc is that is was smooth as silk on forehand hyzer flips. I had trouble dialing in the laser beam hyzer flips when thrown backhand (it would always fade hard at he end or hold the hyzer the whole way) but when thrown forehand with a touch of hyzer the thing was a dead straight laser beam with very little fade.

All in all, a perfectly passable disc. I don't need this disc in my bag (I alresdy have a beat in first run Volt for these types of shots) but it can fit just about anyone's style. If you're looking to try out a new brand, this might be a good way to go.
