The Gou (Chinese for Sky Dog) is a very understable fairway driver that is ideal for beginners. If you're looking for something that will get easy distance this is it. For more experienced players, the Gou is great for straight-line hyzer flip shots.

By far, the most understable disc in my bag. When I first started throwing it, the Gou would go so far and straight but now that it is beat in, it turns and never fades. If you want something that will turn into a roller from flat or even hyzer in ~150ft-200ft, this is it

    G.O.A.T. Of understable discs

Alright let's get the cons out of the way really quick because there is only one.

    • The plastic feels good not great when wet it can be a little slippery, but nothing a towel can't fix!

Now on to the pros which there are many!

    • very beginner friendly. Due to the crazy understability of this disc any slower arm speed players will definitely get more distance out of this disc than their normal control/fairway driver while throwing massive S curves that will boost their confidence and allowing them get to feel how it is to have a disc fly how it's supposed to and not just diving into the ground as soon as they release it.
    • Any more advanced player looking for a roller... look no further. This disc when thrown at full power for a even somewhat decent arm-speed player is going to turn over and turn in to a crazy roller every time and is very easy to place it where you want.
    • need a hyzer flip disc that flys staight and long with ease... look no further. With hardly any power and released on hyzer it will flip up flat and go straight forever with maybe a slight right finish throwing RHBH but usually finishes straight once you get used to it.
    • Having trouble making big anhyzer shots well guess what.... look no further with Just about half power and released flat it's going to turn to the right and just keep going for massive anhyzer shots.
    • need a disc for massive high hyzer shots we'll look no further. If you put this on a BIG hyzer and let it go with minimal power it will hold that hyzer the entire time for crazy sky hyzers.
    • Wanting to try a disc that's super inexpensive we'll look no further yikun discs are very affordable even though they still provide a quality product.

I think ANYONE can find a spot in their bag for this disc because it can do so many different things for your game and if you can't because you are so good you can do everything it does with other discs that are not nearly as understable.... are you Paul Mcbeth? And if so will you send me a signed Luna? Wanna play a round and give me some tips Paul? Can we be best friends?

give this disc a shot you won't be disappointed it might take a few throws to get used to not throwing as hard as your used to but you will get it down fast and have a lot of new shots in your bag.

thank you for coming to my TED TALK.

I think this disc can have a place in anyone's bag, regardless of skill level. This was one of the first discs I bought outside of a starter pack and I loved it. It had enough high speed turn to get around any obstacles in the fairway, but my throwing ability at the time meant that it would always come back with a prominent fade. Today I still use it because I love the Dragon Line plastic and this thing is perfect for backhand turnovers. I'm still not a very consistent player, but when I throw this disc I don't have to worry as much because I know it will turn over and forgive bad releases.

As a beginner, this disc was great for getting around early obstacles in the fairway, now with more experience, I love it as a turnover driver. This disc will probably stay in my bag forever which makes it easy to give it 5 stars.
