The Adder is an overstable distance driver. This makes for a great distance driver for power throwers, or an excellent utility disc that can handle windy situations. The Adder won't turn over for anyone, and you can trust this disc to maintain its flight path regardless of most conditions.

The tournament-x plastic is basically a different disc than the VIP plastic. Tournament-x is nearly the equivalent to a tilt

To give context I have been playing for almost 10 years and I can throw my destoyers 500+. First of all the numbers are definitely wrong on this disc, speed 13, glide 3.5, turn 0.5, fade 5 would be my guess. Second this disc really only shines as a utility disc, massive skip shots, stupid fast headwind shot that still need to be overstable, or extreme cut rollers. Third because of it's utility this disc does have it's place and I do keep one in my bag. IMO the adder is more useful than a tilt but less useful than a firebird. For beginners that want to branch into very overstable disc I would recommend the firebird or felon first. However, without a doubt this disc is the king of skip shots.

I respectfully disagree with Stefan's comparison to a Destroyer - not even the old Paul Mcbeth Destroyers were close to this overstable. I'm giving it 4.5 stars for it's utility purposes; It's closer to a Tilt IMO. If I were rating it as another wide rim distance driver it would get a 2 star rating. A good throw for me is 375 - 400 feet with my max distance driver (Destiny or Corvette) so, I don't have a big arm. Where this disc shines is big skips around objects to get to the basket. Early in game I wouldn't have understood how important it is to have a super overstable or super understable utility disc of this nature.13-4-1-4.
