The Swan 2 is a slightly understable putter and was the putter that built my putt game. This is a putter that everyone, no matter what skill level, can bag and find it incredibly useful. I'm a firm believer that every beginner should at least try the Swan 2 out, as its light understable nature is incredibly helpful for developing proper putting form as well as pushing your putting distance further, as the 3 glide definitely shows. More advanced players can make use of hyzer flip approaches or short, straight, drives. Westside's mix of putting plastics really maximizes the utility of their putters as well. BT soft feels incredible and is wonderful for for cold weather or for some extra grab from the chains. Hard is honestly very durable and is fairly comparable to KC Pro plastic and wears very well, particularly in the approach game. Medium is my favorite as it manages both putting and approach well, though that does make it less durable as a driving putter. The only weaknesses I can say about the swan is it's poor in the wind, like most understable discs. And the glide can be both a blessing and a boon as if you over shoot the basket you may be making a good bit of work for yourself. While I definitely bag putters that may be "better" or at least more true, Aviars, P2s(probably the GOAT of putters), Pures, Runes, etc... I still more often than not reach for a swan because it's so consistent in what it does and I have a lot of trust in this disc.

The swan is a great understable putter that I really enjoyed throwing off the tee. I like straight putters that have a small fade at the end of the flight for my putting putters. I found the swan to be too understable and it was not hyzering out like I like my putting putters to do. If you are someone who likes that totally straight flight when putting I would give the swan a try. For throwing off of the tee I found the swan to be really nice and any approach that I was throwing with some power on. It was a great hyzer flip to slow turn if I really powered up on it, it would never come out of the anhyzer and fly really far to the right for my RHBH. If you would throw with less power I could get a really accurate straight flight with some right turn if I was not spot on with my power. This disc was a little touchy for throwing but if you spent some time learning how much power each shot took you won't be disappointed. If you want a very straight no hyzer putter the swan will be a great choice for you. If you need a really understable throwing putter that can be very versatile the swan is the disc you need. All skill levels will be able to throw this disc and beginners will find this disc to fly really far for a putter.

This disc saved me.  My thrower putter is "was"  usually a super beat in aviar p/a.  I Throwlst it in a jungle last week and bought the swan my round today. Its bt medium, and fly's similar if not exactly paths to the 10yr old aviar; exemplified  on several touch flip-up shots I played todays through a tight cedar forest.

Putter... For me, I 60/40 spin/push, it's too tacky of grip and confusingly understable,  but for someone learning form and consistency it holds nice in the hand.

Thrower.. I love it.  Sure it's touchy.  What putter isn't that can just hover like the glide this swan has?  It's that understablness that allows for 200-250ft flip up shots.  If it starts to flip and turn, just throw it same velocity a few feet higher and the swan becomes a frozen line, until a hover fade.  Everyone friendly
