The one I have I bought because it looked cool. I'm not in a place to properly throw a 14 speed but it may get a chance eventually. The plastic feels great and the rim isn't as big as you would think. The feel times I've thrown it , it has been stable. Westside stamps are quite unique so the appear stylistically is interesting. Remember that despite any reviews all discs are good just depends on the person .

Great disc. Love the color. I wouldn't consider this beginner friendly because of the speed needed to throw this disc. I'm a beginner/amatuer for a few months and I'm still having trouble throwing this disc at the speed it needs. But when throw correctly this disc will soar! Like all the westside disc, they are a good buy. I would always recommend the VIP disc.

Okay... For a noodle armer like me, I know I have don't really have any business with a bunch of 14 speeds in my bag, but this disc works well for me. My longest disc right now is my Hades (370') at 173g, but this King at 173g also could be a contender and is a lower price than the Hades.

The Hades is a touch more understable than the King right now, but that is only because the Hades is seasoned for about 6 months. Already the King, brand new, is a great hyzerflip disc for me and I can get around 290-310' on a hyzerflip and 300-340' on a big flexing S-flight.  I would not say it is not as good "head-to-head" as the Hades, but for about 25% less it is certainly worth noting.

I didn't pick up a King for the longest time b/c it is a 14 speed. Now I wish I had purchased one sooner.
