The Streamline Pilot is the first single-mold putter manufactured by MVP Disc Sports. This is a medium-depth, small-bead putt & approach disc with a comfortable, round nose. This putter is a slow flyer but flies very straight and glides well. The flight of the Pilot is described to be similar to that of a beat in MVP Anode.

I got this disc at the MVP Space Race this past fall. I had previous reviewed the Pilot very positively but after that review I slowly worked it out of my bag in favor of other approach discs (mostly a few different Envys.) The glow Pilot had such a nice feel and I actually got my first ace with it on the second to last hole of the Ace Race using it!

As far as the disc... It flies a little less stable that the Envy (my most thrown disc) but with better glide. I am not a huge fan of beaded putters for putting but for throwing it works really well. I would love to try exactly this disc but beadless but that's more or less what the Atom is except with the double rim.

This is my favorite long range or uphill putter. I love the shape, a low profile rounded putter with a tiny bead (hardly noticeable). These things GLIDE. I tried out the ohm/pilot because I couldn't imagine how a 5 glide putter would throw. They're very straight, and have enough stability to keep from being unmanageable. In low to no wind, these things are money all the way out to long approaches. The one big drawback, as with all glidey putters, when you miss,  you tend to miss big. I throw premium plastic, or a more stable mold up close or in wind.

Electron's flight numbers are close enough, I find the firm tends to be less stable than the softer blends.

I'm rating neutron, cosmic neutron, and glow 4 glide instead of 5.

Try out an electron pilot, it's a blast to throw.

PS I don't like beads, this one doesn't even register.

In the day I use the Ohm because it rocks (used to use the Pilot) but for glow the Pilot is my go to anything disc for up to about 250'. The pilot can go dead straight with just a touch of hyzer flip, or it can drift right thrown flat, or it can hold a hyzer line if you put a little more angle on it.

It feels great. A tad bit deeper than an Envy but not a deep putter - I'm not into the deep putters.

These do have glide but need a bit of height to take full advantage of it. For low ceiling shots more than 200' this dics won't get there without a full Conrad-esque commitment because there isn't much lift. Then again, it's a speed 2 putter, what do you expect? If i need that bit of lift I'll pull out the eclipse 2 Reactor which gets the job done.

For putting it's also nice and it's my go to putter in glow rounds. One thing, it's basically Proton plastic you gotta watch out for pole bounces or fly through. A bit of nose up or hyzer in the putt fixes that stuff though.

The non-eclipse 2 Pilots don't really glow all that well so I'm looking forward to the official release of Eclipse 2 Pilots.

My favorite shot with this disc is those low slight flat anny lines up to about 200'. Just throw it flat and watch it anny and settle in under the basket.

The Pilot is a fantastic straight to stable beaded putter. The feel in the hand is great, it's not deep but it's not shallow either. Good variety of plastics for putting and throwing. Inside the circle, the Pilot is straight with a little fade and tons of glide. Off the tee, this is one of the farthest flying putters I've ever thrown. When thrown flat with some height I can definitely see the 5 glide, this thing goes and goes, almost flying farther than my midranges. My Eclipse Pilot is more stable than a fresh electron and has a nice fade even when thrown at almost max power. I am very confident throwing the Pilot for any straight shots 275 feet and in.

This is an incredible all around disc in Eclipse plastic, it feels like a gummy champion that doesn't chip up as much. Making it an excellent driving putter. It rewards a clean flat shot with lots of forward glide. It turns on high power so its good for late turns and hyzerflips. It will barely start fading back to flat on anhyzer. It's great for forehand drives when you don't want much fade. The best part is that it holds hyzers very smoothly and works incredibly as an upshot disc as well. If you are a player who is learning to get better like me, trust me. Put the drivers down, pick this up and play one disc rounds with it.

Great putter. Ordered in Eclipse for local glow league after never even hearing about the disc and it's awesome. Got some other discs and dont throw any of them anymore. I could easily play rounds with just this disc. This thing is so straight and so easy to throw. It does glide more than you think but it's got the flat top I like for putting. I also dont like big beads and like some other people said, it's almost unnoticeable, definitely ads comfort. I thought i liked my pure (similar feel, beadless) but the Pilot is just easier to throw on the same lines.
