The Reptilian Disc Golf Serpent is known as a "Point & Shoot" disc. It's a straight flyer with low glide, perfect for those park job approaches. This putter is not beaded, like the Scale. The Serpent is known for holding any line it's thrown on, whether it is a drive or a putt. It gained recognition in 2015: "2015 Disc of the Year - 9th Place."

    ChalkPit Details

ChalkPit is Reptilian Disc Golf's softest plastic (softer than Fossil plastic). It is similar to Gateway's RFF plastic, but a bit more chalky and flexible. You can almost fold this plastic in half, but it always springs back to it's original form. It's perfect for enhanced grip.

This is my latest "magic pill" putter.  I started long ago with Wizards... tried all different kinds of glidier and less stable putters to increase my putting range... but returned to Wizards last year after resolving to just throw harder to get more putting range.  The Serpent is both dead straight AND not glidy at all... wow.  I just throw harder to get more range without worry of turn or fade, and if/when I miss the come back putt is short due to the low glide.  This is what I wanted K3 Bergs to beat into.  There are better putters for driving.

Super straight flying disc. It is low glide, point and shoot. So it does everything you ask. I personally didn't like the overall feel of the depth. So while it is not for me, you may like it. It's a medium depth putt and approach disc. Flat top. It's like a Magic with lower glide and no turn.

The Scale is the perfect disc for anyone how putts with a big bead putter like a Wizard, Dagger or similar but needs a slightly more stable putter for throwing off the tee. I have one of the TarPit actually, and it's perhaps a touch more gummy and less stable then some of the other runs. I like it a lot for off the tee and hit and stick approaches, I am fairly heavily invested in Harps, but if I had found a Scale before that I could have easily adapted it to that type of slot, though it's not quite as fast or OS, it also hit's and sticks very well.

Another good use for these guys is windy day putting, you wont put a foot wrong if you are putting into the wind with one. The thumbtrack just creates enough drag to ignore those type of issues.

The Serpent is a neutral flying putter from Reptilian discs. This thing will go where you throw it. I was able to keep it real straight when thrown flat, and when I adjusted the angle I was able to get soft hyzers, and some decent anhyzers. This disc does not have much glide, and it will sit where it hits. This disc worked as a thrower and as an inside the circle putter. Great disc.

The perfect disc for short approach shots on calm days (or when there is only a light breeze).  It will go exactly where you aim it and sit down right where it lands.  An absolute stroke saver.  Struggles a bit (for me, at least) into a headwind.  If you have this disc, a Scale for OS duties, and a Stego for escapes and utility shots, you'll have your 100' and in approach game completely dialed
