Here's what Reptilian's site says about this disc:

"The Chameleon is one of our newest molds. This fairway driver features a perfect combination of turn and fade, making for a versatile workhorse. Featuring a 10 speed rim with a blunt profile, the Chameleon flies slower than the wing suggests, providing a chunky grip and a very unique speed.

The Chameleon turns gently and finishes with a reliable late fade."

This disc is a lot of fun to throw. It throws relatively straight with just a bit of reliable fade at the end. The wing shape is very unique and feels great in your hand. It also lets you throw it hard or soft and get similar results in the shape of the flight.

I have one regular armor and two nylon armor Chameleons and I have to say it's an unusual disc but one nearly any player could use.

The chunky rounded rim is fairly shallow and feels nice and despite being early 10 speed in size flies more like an 8/9. It can take some power and will turn up a bit with a touch of glide and a slow gentle fade than reminds me of a TL3 or Eagle L but with a unique feel that will appeal to some players.

it's fairly low speed stable, so if you don't have a hard throw this could be a go to fairway for you, and with more power it becomes a great S curve or turnover disc.

The numbers on Reptilians website are 8,5,-1,2. Would say it flew fairly close to those numbers. Got this in a subscription box months ago. Finally got around to throwing it today. Went 300-350' without much effort. When released flat both forehand and backhand. Flew straight for the most part with a bit of turn. Then a slight hyzer finish. Released on hyzer backhand it flipped up slightly then finished with a moderate amount of hyzer. Surprised me plastic is very gummy and has some grip. Not sure how it will hold up because I haven't hit any thing with yet, but that will change because I'm putting it in the bag to try on some tunnel shot holes.

The Chameleon is the most underrated fairway driver right now. It's a neat hodge-podge of some Gateway molds and its rim thickness is actually close to 10 speed, but it's so blunt and rounded on the edge that it flies more like a 7-9 speed with the control of a 6-7 speed.

Your initial impression will be that it feels chunky in your hand, but not in any sort of uncomfortable way. The rim is rounded enough that despite its thickness it will fit into your hands really comfortably. The Armor plastic feels really good, with solid tackiness/gumminess in the flight plate and a good rim stiffness. This disc, for my current 375-400 power, has a lot of high speed turn when thrown flat, will ride on slight anhyzer for what seems to be forever, but it will still end up stalling and finishing firmly. As it beats in, my guess is that the fade will become less pronounced. Thrown with more hyzer it will push forward on a straighter line as it flips up to flat and fade well.

If you like trying new brands and throwing underrated stuff, this disc cannot be beat.
