This is the perfect small bag for shorter par 3 courses and also for traveling. I've been using it for a year now 1-2 times a week and have zero complaints. It holds 10-12 discs very comfortably and the zippers, fabric and shoulder strap are still in excellent condition.
This is my first disc golf bag and I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. Simply legit for the price, a great little bag taboot.
Big fan of the one shoulder sling approach to this tidy little bag. It's a quick on and off between holes and rest comfortably on the walks in between. If rocking two putters or a putter and an approach they can go in the outer mesh zone for quick access.
Sometimes the lower interior disc sleeve doesn't fully 'accept' my disc, it's fully in the bag, just not in the sleeve. I do often times find myself wanting a little sleeve/pocket on the outside of the bag that would easily slide a mini in and out of. I get away with 13 disc, a towel and two 12oz beverages in the bag and still leave the water bottle spot available for agua
Im sure I could come up with more suggestions for improving this bag or some complaints on little things that aren't quite up to snuff, but it remains a very affordable, functional and quality bag for this ~2 times per week player.
Almost perfect. This bag would be close to perfect if the zipper was on the other side. I simply feel it would function better ergonomically for right-handed people. Maybe a little more top-opening would be more comfortable, ergonomically.
The Slinger Deluxe is a great first bag for players who are starting to take disc golf seriously but don't feel like they need over 14 discs or so. It is also a phenomenal secondary bag for someone who wants to play a more casual round without their entire backpack or cart. I definitely love mine for when I go to a shorter course or if I am just going out to test new plastic!
The Infinite Slinger Deluxe is a noble lightweight, very well-constructed bag that could be your primary, short course, or travel bag. The single strap is easy to dawn and wears well(good padding, length, construction).
I can easily fit 12-13 discs in the bag and outer mesh sleeve with ample left-over storage and no cramping of discs. I carry five Avairs, four Rocs, four drivers, two whale tails, several snack bars, a small jar, a towel on the carabiner, a mini, my huge phone fits so conveniently in the secret zippered pouch along the back mesh, and a water bottle in the holder; it still has room for my light jacket on top. The jacket does slightly get in the way of accessing the discs, but I seldom store it in the bag (just in severe weather swings).
The bag stands up well at the teepad and on the fairway, slight thought is needed in the rough to place it with gravity(but far less thought than we use putting, driving, etc..). Overall a phenomenal bag for the value and quality, just don't think you are getting 20 disc plus extras in here. I will get this for all of my new disc golfing buddies as their first bag and my old buddies as their short course bag. Way to go Infinite Discs, "You sure do hit a lot of home runs, cause, again, out-of-the-park!"
This is a good bag, especially for the price, but I think people will desire a different bag as they acquire more discs. It is well designed and has useful pockets, but it lacks rigidity. It seems that there is an optimal number of discs to keep the body rigid, but too many cause the shape to sag and warp. While I enjoy the function and aesthetic, I think that if you are willing to spend significantly more, then the Shift (from Upper Park Disc Golf, also available on Infinite Discs) offers similar functionality and design, but can hold a much larger number of discs in a comfortable and easier to organize manner.
I got this bag several weeks ago. I'm new to the game and started with a Jansport backpack. I hated how it would not stand up. At 58 that's almost a necessity.
I was concerned with the comments that it would not stand up, but loved the idea of not carrying sooo many discs at once.
I love this bag!!! I have had no issues with it not standing up. I'm really curious if those who complained did not press the floor plate all the way down and under the seams?
this bag holds all the discs it claims to hold with no problems. Description says it holds 2 putters in the outside pouch, but I carry a driver, mid and putter in it. The 3 slots inside perfectly hold my 3 specialty discs and then there is room for more. I have a retriever stick with both the forked end and a rake end. I keep the rake attachment in the bottom of the bag. As for the stick I put it in the drink holder pouch which still has room for a bottle of water. I added 2 grommets to that side of the bag and ran a piece of bungie string through so it holds the stick in place.
I think the back pocket could be a tad bigger, but it is enough for essentials. It would be awesome if they added a clip for keys so you don't have to dig for them.
I gave it 4 stars, but wanted to do 4.5 stars due to one issue. The zipper does not go all the way up easily due to the curve at the top. It is kinda difficult to get it all the way closed. With that said I have never had anything fall out with it open as advertised. With it zipped up as far as it goes easily is more than enough. I have never had the zipper move down on its own. I would hate for them to straighten the zipper line out too much because I think it would restrict the ease of getting things in and out if the bag.
I really like this bag and will continue to carry it. I really hope they still make it if I ever wear this one out.
If you don't want to carry your entire collection around with you this is the bag!! Plenty room for your game discs and plenty of spares.
Love this bag! I bought this for myself but my son liked it so much, he borrowed it permanently. Convenient for traveling and packing in a suitcase but large enough to hold a lot of disks. I ended up buying 3 more for friends and family.
I bought this bag because I dont want a giant bag that holds dozens of discs I wont throw. I generally bag 8-10 discs, and throw 6ish of those. I also like to pack a few 'sodas', and I can squeeze in 4 without it seeming like its pushing the bags capabilities.
The bag is well made, with no loose stitching or weak seams. The materials are high quality.
I like the quick move strap feature, so I can easily change it from side to side during a round.
This didn't get 5 stars from me for a few reasons, all of which are minor nitpicking things.
First, I'm left handed, and this is definitely a hand biased bag. Its not bad since you can change the strap location, but I'd like to see a second zipper on the other side to give dual access.
Second, I think this bag could use a couple of basic additions to make more use of the top tapered section of the bag. A mini disc pocket, and a pencil/scorecard portion in that area would be ideal.
Third, and finally, the towel holder carabiner puts the towel directly over the bag opening, so its constantly interfering with getting discs in and out of the bag. This should be moved either to the center of the bag, or the other side, away from the zipper.
I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone looking for a smaller bag that fits the discs you need, and nothing you dont.
This bag is targeted at players who don't want to drag 20+ discs with them on a round. If you're like me I probably throw 4-6 different discs in an 18-hole round. I really don't need 20+ discs in my bag. I probably carry 12 or so, mostly 2 of each of the six discs I use most. I usually have one heavier weight and one lighter weight to get slightly different stability.
So for me, this is a good-sized bag. It's light and comfortable to carry. The strap can be switched to be either right or left carry and is well padded. The bag looks nice too. I like the putter mesh pocket on the front, you can easily get 2 putters in there.
Interior: It has three pockets and the main compartment. I use the three pockets for my go-to Driver, Mid, and throwing putter. The main compartment holds about another six discs that I typically use for duplicates of my driver and mid and then a utility driver and roller.
It has a storage pocket on the backside which is large enough to keep your phone and keys or other small objects. This version also has a more sturdy water bottle holder that is nylon instead of mesh so it's more durable.
This also has another upgrade that is nice when compared to the base version of this bag, it has support in the bottom of the bag so it will sit upright when on the ground.
Overall the build quality is very good. The materials seem fairly heavy and not cheap and the zippers seem strong. If you're in the market for something between the basic lunchbox style bags and the large backpacks, this is the bag for you. For the price I don't think you can find something as well made and functional as this.
I've had this bag for ~6 months now. Previously I had a Discraft Weekender and a Dynamic Discs Cadet; they're both fine bags, but I was at a point in my game where the Cadet fit every disc I owned, and without all of them in there it was a little floppy, and the Weekender carried 5, maybe 6, discs before things got a little tight (though I have fit up to 8 in there before).
So, I decided to get something new that was a nice middle ground, that could stand without needing to be packed, and that could carry a full set of my discs (10-12). Enter the Infinite Discs Slinger Deluxe. I chose the Deluxe over the base because I wanted something with a flat bottom. I chose the Slinger series because I never caught myself using both straps of my Cadet, but also, I just liked the look of a sling bag.
And I gotta say, I have no regrets. For less than $30 this is a killer bag. I would get this for anyone in the beginner to intermediate range. It's comfortable, spacious, but not bulky. I regularly carry all the discs I tend to play, and it's not hard to balance the bag so it stands properly.
I'm at a point now where I needed a new backpack for everyday things and I got a different sling bag to carry my laptop, iPad, whatever. That's how much I liked this bag.
The one downside is that I have one of the older versions with a mesh water bottle holster. The new photos make it seem this has been upgraded, and I'll admit I'm kicking myself a little for not waiting, but it's kinda nice to know that if I ever need a new bag I can pick up one of the upgraded models and still be exceedingly happy.
Strongly recommended.
Very happy with style and quality of bag. Wish mine stood up better when sitting down to throw. Only complaint I can come up with.

This was my first disc golf bag. I used it for around six months and only replaced because I needed to carry more discs. While I used it, it was fantastic. The single strap is very comfortable and easy to get the bag on and off. I kept 10 discs in the main compartment and my two putting putters on the outside pocket. My two issues were the mesh on the bottle holder developed a small hole (never fully gave out though) and the bag does not stay upright with how many discs I had. I still keep this bag around as a back up and still use the towel it came with.
Nice bag and great size when you don't need to carry a lot of discs. This version stands better than the smaller slinger bag (I have both). I do wish they used the same material for this bag as they used for the smaller one. The dust and dirt really cling to this bag and it doesn't nearly as much with the smaller slinger. The colors are also better for the smaller slinger than this larger bag. Overall, still a great value, I love the one strap "slinger" - it's easier to carry and slip on and off. This is also a better design over the smaller slinger.
Very nice bag, roomy main compartment , three sleeves perfect for your favorites . Like a sling vs. backpack saves on my bony shoulders ... Gets a lot of use and for the most very well constructed ! Only issue for me is the flimzy mesh on the drink holder, bottom wore out . [ ok with some Duck Tape ]
This is a good, comfortable bag that stays upright (so far) and carries a decent chunk of discs. I wish it had one more exterior pocket, but the absence of a second pocket isn't the end of the world. I'm a fan of the single strap; just throw it over my head and go. I recommend this bag for anyone needing an inexpensive but well-made bag for casual rounds.
Love this little bag. A great lightweight option. Being new to disc golf it's a really good size for me. I could see it being useful for a more experienced disc golfer as a travel bag or if they're going to a par 3 course and don't need all their discs. The main compartment holds 8 discs comfortably, with 3 additional ones in the pockets along the back side. Add two putters in the putter pouch and it easily holds 13 discs. You could probably cram 2-3 more in there, but it'd be tight. The small zipper pocket is a good size, I can fit a mini and a golden retriever in there no problem. The cup holder holds my large insulated water bottle just fine. Not sure about a Nalgene, because I don't own one. The bag also stands up reasonably well when filled with discs. It's not going to stand up to well on the side of a hill though.
Now for the negatives, or at least areas that could be improved. I was initially worried about where the strap connects to the top. It appears to be single stitched, but after 6 months of use, there has been no noticeable pulling. The mesh on the water bottle holder is wearing out though. When the bag is placed on the ground, the bottle holder also is rubbing against the ground and it's here that the mesh is wearing out. Some time soon, I'm going to have to figure out a way to patch it. It could be fixed by making the water bottle holder out of the same material as the rest of the bag, since the main bag itself is showing little to no sign of wear. The other issue I have with it is the zipper for the main compartment. It unzips all the way to the bottom of the bag. The problem is that when you throw the bag over your shoulder, if you don't zip it up, there's a chance that your discs could fall out. I've fixed it by putting one of my Discmania mystery box pins right next to the zipper a couple inches up, so it can't unzip past that point. A simple fix would be to just have the zipper stop 2-3 inches above the bottom of the bag.
All in all, even with those negatives, I still give this bag 5 stars. (probably 4.5 if I could) For the money, you just can't beat the quality and everything you get with this bag.
Im shocked by the quality of this bag. I recently purchased a bag in the same price range from a different brand and quickly regretted that decision. This however is a sturdy bag that can hold 12 discs inside and 2 or 3 depending on mold in the putter pocket. You have the ability to change which side of the bag the strap is attached to so you can really dial in the comfort. It even stands on its own when you put it down. If you're in the market for a small budget bag buy this one NOW.
This little bag is the most impressive budget option I've seen in person. I got one over the cyber week deals, and it's a fantastic little bag that in use actually isn't that little. I got the grey version and am impressed with the heathered look of the main color and outer putter pocket holds two very easily and even three if they aren't huge discs. I easily fit 12 in the main compartment, but it seems happiest at 10 in the inside and 2 on the outside. The drink holder could accommodate up to a slim 27 oz bottle with no issue and the back pocked fit a big mini(M4 large mini) my keys and wallet as well as a small roll of packing tape with no issue. It actually stands up really well when close to full as well. Overall I have really enjoyed it so far and for the price I don't think there is a better bag.
I was surprised at how much room is actually in this bag.. the 1 sling over the shoulder strap is rather nice as well.. the outside mesh putter pouch works great and hold 2 to 3 discs.. the inside has 3 pockets as well and holds alot of discs if you want it to.. easily fits 8 discs plus many more up to near 12 discs.. has a towel clip as well as a good size zipper compartment to hold your keys and phone.. small drink holder as well but not to small.. over qll I have to say I'm in love with this little simple bag. And is going to become a must use bag on small and fast rounds of golf..
