This is an excellent backpack. Just upgraded from an Innova Adventure. This bag holds plenty of discs, love the handle on the top for picking up. Its very stable and stands up on its on. It is very lightweight even with 20+ discs. The 2 snap buckles on each side are perfect for carrying a seat during tournaments. Defiantly recommend this back.
I am impressed by this bag.
I've always looked at MVP's bags and thought to myself that it looks like a nice bag, but never really tried them out for some reason. I'm glad that I did with this one, as it is quite a nice bag. And it is pretty affordable, which is a huge plus!
A few things that I love about the bag. The top compartment is way awesome! With how they have designed it, you can chose how you would use it. There are two options depending on what you want to carry. If you want a putter pouch with an miscellaneousness top spot you can have that. Or, if you want a massive top pouch for a lot of discs, you can have that as well. Just a putter pouch up top configuration, I've got two putters in the designated pouch up there. While in the other upper compartment I've got a towel, a UV light, lacrosse ball (hitting a disc out of a tree), and my notebook (write down thoughts for reviews). This compartment I can zip closed and still have access to my putters. With discs only configuration; I've got 5 putters, 1 midrange, and 1 driver up there.
There are some things that I don't like about this bag though. These are very minor, and aren't a big deal though. First thing that I don't like is that the bag's handle to pick it up by is only a strap Not the greatest thing to grab a bag that has 20+ discs in it. The rigidity of the bag is solid, but as it is a "lite" bag, its not as stiff as I would like. This is a very slight lack of stiffness. Or in other words, me being really really picky. The biggest complaint though, is that I feel that the backpack straps lack some padding. But these complaints of mine come because it is a lighter bag. They're cutting down on these things to decrease the overall weight of the bag. Which by the way, it is pretty light for a stiff backpack.
The other thing that impresses me, is that the side pockets are a lot bigger than they seem. I was able to put my jacket into the pouch with not too much effort to zip it up. This wasn't an easy fit, I did ensure that the jacket was filling up every little space in the pouch before zipping it. But it fit. I also like that this pouch had a slim zipper pocket inside it that I could stow my phone in it, a 4.7" screen size, it will also fit a 6.1" screen size phone with some extra space as well. Another nice thing about this pocket is felt lined (or some similar fabric).
The main disc compartment fits a lot of discs. For me I had 17 discs in it. With this amount, I was able to pull discs out easily. Even the discs on the edge were easy to pull out. Overall, this bag is pretty awesome.
I would recommend this bag as it has great disc capacity, other things capacity, and it is quite affordable.
