The second putter in the Prodigy line is said to be a “stable to overstable putt and approach disc” with a consistent flight path, and a favorite of disc golfers looking for consistency and reliability in all wind conditions. The PA-2 is very stable, but not quite as overstable as the PA-1. This is still an excellent driving putter that offers a little bit straighter flight path.

Recently tried this in the 400 plastic for throwing and definitely I liked it. Like others have said it feels much like a Discmania p2 but the pa2 definitely has more glide. It has a very consistent fade as well, for touch shots as well as full power throws. Definitely an underrated throwing putter imo. Deserves as much praise as the p2

This is a great stable to overstable approach disc. I use this for dog leg left holes, hyzer shots, forced flex shots and low straight tunnel shots. My favorite shot is the slight anny flex to make it land flat. great feel in the hand and the 400s plastic is great too. This competes with my c-line p2 and envy as a great approach disc. I threw a 175g 400s plastic

I didn't like the feel of the PA-2. It just felt so awkward in my hand. The rim didn't seem to round off and fit comfortably in my hand. It just felt the rim had an overhang that I could never get used to. It wasn't the putter for me.

Overall thoughts: Sharp bottom edge, flies just like my Money putter. It's also a very fast putter and more stable than I expected! So when I got this disc in the mail, I immediately noticed how sharp the bottom edge was. When I felt the sharpness, I thought it was just like my Money Putter in Gold plastic. The next day, I took my putters out to a park and sure enough, PA2 flew exactly like the Money Putter, it just went further. After a couple rounds, I have observed that this disc is a great driving putter because of its stability and speed. Also, I will be using this disc primarily as an approach putter, just because the PA2 seems to be too fast for short putts, it doesn't stick to chains extremely well, and it also has a tendency to roll away if it gets up on its edge. I'm not saying this is a bad disc, but I wouldn't recommend this disc as a regular putter. I do love the PA2 for anhyzer jump putts and sidearm flicks. Because of the extra stability I have experienced with this disc so far, I would rate the fade as a 2 instead of 1.

The PA-2 is another excellent driving putter from Prodigy. The plastic feels great and has a nice comfortable feel for a power grip -- something I rarely find in putters. The bottom rim feels a little sharp at first impression, but for actual playing I didn't notice any discomfort. The sharp rim helps this disc to 'stay put' near the basket rather than skip too far. To help me with my review, I used this disc almost exclusively for a round today and had some really good results. This putter is definitely overstable and never turned over on me. If your midrange drives are going to far, this is a great disc to choose. I nearly aced a 210 foot uphill shot with this beauty. For actual putting, I prefer a softer plastic. After a few missed putts I got the hang of the firmer grip and started consistently banging the chains. Once Prodigy comes out with a softer plastic blend, this might also be a good putting putter as well. The PA-2 is a great putt and approach disc (emphasis on the approach). However, I really could not tell a difference between this and the PA-1, so it didn't deserve a five star rating. The PA-1 and PA-2 feel and fly about the same to me. If you already have a PA-1, this disc is definitely not a "must have." If you're looking for a good overstable driving putter, the PA-2 is a winner.
