The Prodigy Disc H3 V2 is a speed-11 Control Driver that has been built similarly to the original H3 to create an improved and superior disc. Like the original H3, this H3 V2 is stable to slightly overstable, depending on the thrower’s arm strength. The H3 V2 sports an upgraded shape from the original H3, with a slightly shallower rim depth, offering an easier grip, and an new outside rim that allows for a consistent, yet faster flight with more glide. This allows the player to achieve more distance, while maintaining dependability and a slightly over stable finish. The H3 V2 can handle any weather condition, and is an excellent choice for backhand and side arm throwers.

    Best. Disc. Ever.

I would describe it as a "spinning top" that you push forward on a table: very controllable! This absolutely emptied my bag overnight. I tried this disc and "poof" 5 other disc molds, GONE! Forehand and backhand, the shoulder of the disc is so comfortable, and the rim is perfect. Prodigy has a winner here, my only wish is that it had more glide and a smaller more manageable rim as often it is overkill for shorter drives.

    Disc - 173 Prodigy 750 Spectrum H3V2

Feel - The H3v2 is very comfortable in the hand, I would say that the rim size is more like a speed 9 or 10 disc instead of an 11. It feels good for both backhand and forehand shots. The 750 Spectrum plastic is beautiful and also very durable and grippy.

Flight - The H3v2 is a great hyzer flip to very straight disc. For my power, if I throw it flat, it will turn for most of the flight and maybe come back a little at the very end. If thrown with hyzer, it flips up to flat and goes very straight. I enjoy this disc in the woods for long tunnel shots but it did not make my bag due to the color of the disc I got (it is brownish black and near impossible to see on the ground) and because I have other discs like a beat in thunderbird that due the same job.

Overall - The H3v2 is a great disc in my opinion, but prodigy is just so expensive for me and hard to find at my local shop so I'll stick to thunderbirds and getaways unless something happens that makes me want to leave both of those molds. This disc is not great for beginners but definitely could be a disc that fits in a players bag whose been playing for a few months and is ready to start trying some faster discs.
