Full disclosure, I've never thrown a Destroyer, as odd as it sounds. That said, I don't really care about the comparison because I love the Outlaw and I've had no reason to try one.
I had never tried or considered Legacy or the Outlaw until a friend offered me one in a trade (Icon, 169g). I immediately fell in love and gained 50+ feet in distance. The one I traded for is now nicely beaten in and used for Hyzer flips; my newer ones (Max weight, Legend and Pinnacle) I like to rip flat on full power. They will go mostly straight with a slight turn, then fade hard. I've noticed that easy back to about 80% power will still result in roughly the same flight path, with more control in distance, which I like.

Side note- If you've never tried Legend plastic, it's great and not flippy like GStar, despite the similarity in appearance.
