The Legacy Clutch is a fantastic straight-flying stable putter. This disc was designed with the intent of reducing end of flight low speed fade. This disc is great for sinking shots, and makes a good short-range approach disc.

The clutch is a straight flying putter that feels very similar to a discraft magnet. It flies very straight just like a good neutral putter should. Putting has a lot to do with feel, and the clutch (and magnet) offer a very unique rim configuration that is preferred by some. I dont use the clutch to putt with, but do find it to be a great straight approach disc. The gravity plastic is very flexible and grippy, but not very durable for driving/approaching. However, legacy offers plenty of plastic options if you are looking for something stiffer or more durable.

First off, I only give a 4 star and not 5 because I got it in gravity plastic. I just don't see the immediate need to get it in protégé yet because I putt really well with it. Gravity plastic is so gummy and flexible that you can roll it or bend it every which way and it'll do it. That's just not my preference. On the other hand, this is my go to putter for C2 or spin putts. Feels great in the hand and the 1 fade is very reliable. I've never thrown it off the tee, but I feel like it'd be your typical 1 fade putter type throw (slight turn then hold the line).

This is my go-to putter. I don't putt with anything else. I've tried a couple different Innova putters but ultimately arrived on these. I carry 4 in my bag at all times. The gravity plastic is ideal for a putter IMO since the plastic is a bit softer to grab the chains and not spit out. Flies true and straight with a slight hyzer at the finish. I've never tried throwing these off the tee - used for putting only. Super recommended!

The Clutch has a very different type of bead.. it's not even a bead but the rim swoops up steep making it feel like a bead.. its like a little mini quarter pipe and I place my finger right on that curve when I putt and it just works for me.. I have big hands and this is not a comfortable driver putter for me.. its only slightly over stable at low speeds

I've been using the gravity clutches for a while now and lately I've been coning to the conclusion that I need more glide. These gravity' s literally seem like they get pulled to the ground by gravity. So I've been practicing with protege's and they are perfect. If you need more glide than the gravity just try the protege plastic.

I like this one a lot. I have it in excel, protege, and gravity plastics. The protege is newest to me, and when it came I put it in my hand and said oh yeah. I like legacy plastics a lot. In all the plastics this disc flies consistently. I have used a number of putters, from over to under stable. This one has a touch of fade, which I like. I think of this disc like a judge with less fade. Lots of glide. All legacy plastics feel good to me. The gravity is your soft putter. Excel is the stiffest.

I've come back to this putter mainly for tee shots, so I'm updating the review. This thing files straight. I can tee of with it and it fits in any tunnel. It holds the line I throw which is sometimes good. Heh. Its low profile feel allows me a little more control on the release when throwing with more force. This is my favorite putter for dad straight shots.
