This is my all time favorite driver. Ever since I broke 300', I kept going with this disc and it really trained me to help learn how to throw bigger discs. Even as a beginner, this disc is something that can really be appreciated.

Consistently went about 400' for me and I could push it further on even better throws. I would recommend this to anyone throwing more than 350' consistently, as it is easy to flip up, and glides for very long.

Great disc but as everyone has pointed out, the flight numbers are way off. Throwing flat and at full power will likely cause the disc to turn over into a cut roller. That being said, it is a great roller and hyzer flip to turn max distance disc. For reference I throw about 420 ft max on flat ground no wind which is about what I can reach with this disc with an air shot.

The Strive flies very far for sure, but definitely not at all like its numbers suggest. If you are looking for a beat-in rive, this isn't it. That being said it flies great and is a great bomber disc.

I recently picked up 2 Strives in the royal grand plastic, a 173g and a 175g and...This. Disc. Bombs.
My previous max distance record was 486' with an Infinite Pharaoh. I threw the 173g Strive 528'. Ridiculous.

The Strive has an easy flip up to flat and gently ride right before a slight pushing fade at the end of the flight. It's fantastic for long hyzer flips or even holding a long turnover shot before fighting out at the end. A headwind will turn this thing over quickly, so I learned to avoid throwing it when it's windy. But my max distance record was thrown in a slight tailwind, and it still got a full s-turn flight. And for being a 13-speed disc, it is very comfortable to hold - feeling more like a 12-speed imo.

I will say that, despite only a 2g difference in weight, my strives flew noticeably different. The 173g (in pink) was flippier than the more controllable and predictable 175g (a darker, more reddish pink). I'm not sure if that's because of the color difference, but it was definitely different flights.
    The 173g flew more like a 13, 6, -2.5, 1, while the 175g threw more like a 13, 6, -2, 1.5.

I would say that if you're looking for a big s-shape max distance driver, definitely try the Strive. Or if you're in that 300-325' power range, it will be a great slightly overstable distance driver for you. Paired with the Rive in my bag, this is now my go-to hyzer flip distance bomber!

This disc quickly became my favorite distance driver. We all know the Royal Grand plastic feels amazing, but this baby gave me more distance than I was getting with other discs. I'd compare this disc to a slightly more stable Shryke.

I have owned three of these and the one that came in my Royal Box was my favorite one, but I unfortunately lost it. The new ones are a bit more on the understable side than the first, but it's such an important disc in my bag that I bag two of them in case I lose one during a round. These things bomb!

With no wind, I get a nice turn out of the disc when thrown with a bit of hyzer flip, and then she reliably fades out. When I get my full flight, I can get 400' with the Strive and I can't really say that about other discs.

Get one today! You won't be disappointed!

The Strive absolutely bombs, but it does not fly the way it was intended to. It's quite a bit more understable, and does not handle the wind very well. That being said, it's gotten me one of my farthest drives ever, so I would still recommend anyone who is trying to push their max distance to go give the Strive a try! It just loves to hold on in the air longer than expected. ROYAL Grand plastic also feels amazing, even in colder weather.

I agree with previous reviews about the numbers being inaccurate. Not nearly as overstable as you would think. First time throwing this I had it flip up, turn for a bit before coming back. I expected a faster Destroyer type out of this but very much far from it. I would give it a -2, 2 instead for sure. Great hand feel though and after getting used to it for a bit, became a reliable bomber. Royal Grand with this rim width feels like a cheat code, but is a disc that will take a little time to get used to for faster arm speeds, but wouldn't overlook this disc either.

Definitely not as understable as the numbers would suggest, but it's an extremely comfortable and easy distance driver to throw nonetheless. If you have some semblance of arm speed, it flips up nicely and goes extremely straight (for a distance driver). So ensure to control, but I must admit it's not the best into a strong wind. But if you're aware of your angles, this disc is straight up money! And for some reason, this disc is also extremely easy for me to throw consistently on a forehand. I recommend this disc for anyone in the intermediate pool, to try this disc out. You will not regret it

Definitely more understable than the numbers project, but that's a good thing for me. Finding a 13 speed disk that isn't just beef or so uncomfortably wide that it slips out is awsome!

Definitely a usable driver but Latitude got the flight numbers way wrong on this disc. I bought it as a replacement for a destroyer of mine, knowing it might be a bit straighter than advertised, but this disc hyzer flipped to a cut roll 3 throws in a row with minimal wind. It's a good disc for intermediate players trying to get distance on long drives but the flight numbers are so off I can't give it a great rating.

*NOTE* I only give 5 stars to discs I bag and throw actively. A 4 star disc is still great! It may come in and out of the bag for me, but I could see another player actively bagging it.

The flight numbers are the same as an Innova Boss. If you're expecting a Boss you're going to be sorely disappointed. This is a Shryke or a Tern. This is a great disc for those just breaking 350' and trying to push 400'. It's still a high-speed driver so I would not recommend this to beginners, but intermediate who think they are ready for drivers? Yeah, I would say give this a shot. The Royal Grand plastic is extremely durable and feels like a dream.

Due to the high glide and the understability of the Strive I wouldn't recommend this in the wind. I think a tailwind would be the best wind to throw this in, but crosswinds and headwinds leave this disc getting elevatored up and down.
