Disc - 175 Gold Line Burst Pioneer

Feel - The Pioneer feels very similar to most other overstable fairway drivers in my opinion but feels a bit better in the hand for backhand than a felon. It has a very flat top and somewhat shallow.

Flight - This thing is very overstable. I have a lucid X felon and it was very comparable to that disc even in gold line. Very very overstable and something that could maybe replace those more hard to find molds like flat top firebirds or lucid x felons in my opinion. I would definitely give this disc a try if you are looking for a very very overstable disc and are tired of trying to find the perfect firebird or buying the expensive lucid x plastic.

Overall - Great disc that is in my bag over many other overstable molds as it feels great in the hand a flies beautifully as well.

Okay, once again I might be getting away with receiving one offs from Latitude 64. Not Dynamic, not Westside, just Latitude 64. I got this disc anticipating it would be a worthy rival to the Firebird, and headwind or high speed fairway driver. Unfortunately that's just not the case. Into a headwind it will bend and twist your shot and make you look silly. It's fine, if it were given the right stats, but I need to tell you that there is absolutely zero chance that this disc is a 9/3/0/4. You're outta yer noggin if you actually give this disc these stats. That's insanity. I will say this, if the disc were rated properly I would buy it if I need it. But now, frankly, I'm out the money with a disc that isn't half as good in its stability as three others in my collection. Once again, perhaps I received a one off, and because this company made the Explorer I am willing to give this company a bit of lee-way. As far as my beginner rating goes, know this, you need the arm speed to get the most out of this disc. It may meat hook if you don't have the arm. I don't know.

PROS: Is a well rounded enough fairway driver, decent sized and comfortable in hand.

CONS: Isn't really close to the stats that Latitude 64 provides.

    174g Gold Line Burst.

I got my Pioneer as part of a player pack in the Veterans for Vets tournament.  For me, this is a forehand and overhand disc.  I also carry two Firebirds, a Nate Sexton 2020 and a stock color glow Firebird.  This is more overstable than either of those.  Goes out dead straight and hooks hard right (RHFH) at about 175-180.  Same result every time.  Not an every hole disc, but extremely reliable.  The Pioneer is flatter than the any of the firebirds I've had in my bag and fits very comfortably in my hand, which is not very large.  I've also had some success overhand with this on both thumbers and tomahawks.
