The Cutlass is another of Latitude 64's cutting edge distance drivers. With good speed, good glide, and a predictable fade, it will be a sharp weapon on the disc golf course. For beginners, it will be very overstable thus a great disc to fight the wind. For players with more arm speed, this disc will be a fast, stable, and trustworthy driver - an anchor in any disc golf bag.

I think the Cutlass is my all time favorite for forehand drives. I love the Opto plastic and the rim is probably the smallest 13 speed rim I have seen and it has a comfortable grip for me. The thing I love about this disc is that is so fast and so straight it makes low ceiling or tunnel shots way easier for me. I agree with the numbers 13/5/0/3.5, however when it beats in it has just a touch of turn and a little less fade. I typically throw DD Enforcers for forehand drives but I use the Cutlass when I need max distance or I need a very straight shot with LATE fade.

When I lost my favorite Destroyer I thought it was irreplaceable until a friend let me try her Cutlass. It’s an awesome overstable and though it is a teeny bit faster than the Destroyer I do like it better. The Opto I have is SUPER overstable and makes for a really nice high anhyzer flick thrown at about 40% power to get a big sweeping shot that always flexes back. Latitude really nailed this one!

This is my absolute favorite driver. I only throw the Lat64 Cutlass off the tee for every distance drive. I currently bag 4-5 Cutlasses, depending on the course, and I keep both Gold Line and Opto plastic molds as well. With the perfect rim for my hand, this disc fits extremely comfortably. On a typical drive, I can expect my Cutlasses to fly (on a flat release) fast down the fairway with a lot of carry and slight turn (depending on the wear) as it reliably fades left. The more beat in the Cutlass, the more straight and turn you will get. Compared to Enforcers, Cutlasses fly the same brand new with more glide, and seasoned, they are more reliable with distance. If you need an overstable max distance driver that will go straight with a ton of glide and relative turn, choose a Cutlass.

Intermediate arms and above need only apply.

This is an absolute meat hook. I have never once gotten this thing to sit up straight for me for longer than half a second. It eats wind for breakfast and tree limbs for seconds. Let me tell you why it is the best meat hook distance driver on the market. It has a 2.2 rim. You can absolutely reach back and rip on this thing to your absolute hearts extent, which you can do every time because the rim is so easy to hold. This makes it extremely controllable for such a meat hook. Every time I have a shot that absolutely must go left and go 300+, this is the only disc I will ever think about grabbing. Every. Single. Time.

Some very serious beef here. The Cutlass flies as advertised. Very fast, no high speed turn and a ton of late fade. The Cutlass reminded me a lot of an XCaliber, but with a tad less glide. It'll handle pretty much any headwind with ease.

Its not an exceptionally long disc. The lack of glide coupled with heavy fade hurts it a bit. There are definitely faster and longer overstable options available, but the Cutlass is still a perfectly adequate disc.

Not a beginner disc. At all.

I liked the disk the moment i picked it up, and even though i was the only one i still didnt let it go, looked through others and choose this disk, Im kinda new to frisbee/golf how ever I truly like this disk,I think its great for us side arm throwers.

Such a great forehand disc, with a very predictable fade at the end.  This was my first time using a latitude disc. And the way the plastic and feel of this disc, has me wanting to convert just about the whole bag.  Great disc in my opinion.

For me this is the father to the Culverin. Great control, glide and a fade that is just right. I bag 2 of these bad boys, both max weight 1 opto and 1 gold line. The opto is great but gold line has stolen my heart, its grip and flex are both just perfect.

Got my first chance to throw this disc into a headwind today, and lordy what a prize. It eats up wind for a solid intermediate amount of power and poops out birdies. Comfortable in the hand at 2.2, just a great disc.

Opto 170. For me Worlds (nonwind) and Giants (wind) are my go to stable to overstable drivers. But with them, there are times when I will have a late release and put some of an anny release and they could hold that line and just go like a -1 0 or even have a turn it seems like. Just kind of happens that way, but with the Cutlass, it wont turn, even on an anny line it will fight out of it and finish left. for me it is a shorter World/Giant but it def has more of a predictable line which is straight to overstable. If cranked on it will just go straight and finish left.

I recently won an event and was awarded this disc.  I have thrown it here and there since I put it in my bag and it performs just as I predicted:  Very overstable, not much turn, a fair amount of glide, and a consistent fade at the end.  I like it as it seems like it will be a good staple for me.  I was in need of a max weight overstable driver for windy conditions and a consistent fade, so the Cutlass should fit that void.  I am excited to throw it more to see exactly what I can get out of it with some tweaks.  This is probably a bit too much disc for beginners or slower arm-speed players, but big arms will love it!

I thought I had found the ticket with my high speed driver of choice with the Enforcer. I loved my OS Lucid and stable BioFuzion Enforcers to no end; however, Enforcers are somewhat lacking in the glide department when I'm going for a maximum distance disc. Enter the Cutlass. The Cutlass has all the HSS I'll ever need in a disc. This thing does not turn for me, even into mean headinds AND off axis torque (wobble.) For max distance I know turn is important, but so is a reliable amount of stability. The Cutlass makes up for the lack of turn with it's very noticeable amount of glide. I hate to say this disc makes me feel like I'm cheating. It's a comfortable 22mm rim width, yet blasts off at an honest 13 speed. It's OS, yet has very good glide. If I put on some anhyzer for a flex bomber, it holds it seemingly for the perfect amount of time before fading back. It's the only disc I can reach over 350 feet on a hyzer (again, not possible with anything else I've thrown.) I went and bought a second freshy to compliment my "breaking in" Cutlass. If you're a power thrower, then I would say the Cutlass should be a staple in your bag (or you can let me keep 'em.) Latitude has taken it up a notch with the release of the Cutlass and the Culverin.

EDIT: My 170 GL Cutlass does it all.

Profile: Thick rim, just under medium on the depth. I really like the feel in my hand.

Flight: Very OS. I use this for big hzyer shots.  It will hold a line and always fade at the end.

Comparison: This flies just like my domey star destroyer.  I like the plastic feel better than my destroyer though.

Final thought: For me it's a bit of a meat hook, but it still has a place in my bag for anything under 300 ft where I need a big hyzer skip.  I would say unless you throw 400 ft, it's probably not the disc for you unless you are looking for the big hyzer skip like me.  I can only get this 275-300 ft.  My best guess is people with bigger arms will absolutely LOVE this disc.

Bought a Cutlass in hopes to combat the high winds i was going to play in during a tournament and it did just that. I can throw this disc really hard and have it turn a tiny bit in no wind and then fade back reliably at the end. I compare it to a faster Scythe from Latitude 64. I am not sure how it will break in, but new, this thing goes extremely straight, reaching up to 450ft for me. Love this disc

my 171g opto white cutlass is beefy (i throw about 350' max). i needed a disc for headwinds and this disc more than fights headwinds. haven't thrown it in the fastest local winds, but i'm sure high winds will help it get more distance. sometimes when i throw it, it feels like it's so stable that it's trying to come out of my hand early... kinda like it's really heavy or something. if i give it everything i got with no wind, i can probably get it out to about 250' before it saws off.

the plastic seems to be very resilient. i've hit asphalt with it, thrown skips, hit trees dead-on, and the flight hasn't changed at all... yet. it'll take a while to beat in. hopefully, i won't throw my arm out trying to break this meathook into a straighter flight. by far, most overstable disc in my bag (ce felberg boss, star destroyer, s-line dd, c-line dd).

i'm guessing big arms will love this disc!

First of all the Cutlass means business! It lives up to it's name- when throwing this disc with my buddy, he tried to stop it with his foot and it literally cut his foot through his shoe. That being said, I did enjoy this disc and it's high speed overstable flight. It does seem more overstable than the Halo (since at the moment they have matching flight numbers). I've heard a few people say the Halo wasn't overstable enough, so for those people, I say give this disc disc try!! As always, the opto plastic is great. I don't have a huge arm, so most of the time it held a nice heizer line everytime. Flicking it, I could get it to go more straight. This disc is an excellent option for those nice hyzer shots! Also, watch yourself, we don't need anyone else getting cut!

I got the chance to get out and throw the Cutlass today. I wasn't able to get a full field test with it because of the snow, but it initially flies very well. I really like the Ballista, so I look forward to trying them out together once the snow melts. The plastic feels great and it flies very true to the flight numbers from what I could tell so far.
