Best mold ever made. Torque resistance with very little fade. Great hand feel and glides forever. A real shame Innova doesn't make it anymore. The Aztec is nice, but ive never once been able to find it in Star plastic. Would love to see a ProtoGlow SL special run. 

This is one of the discs that I loved after the first throw. If I keep it low, I can get a straight line out of it. with a little height, it has a dependable fade. Adding some hyzer, I can curve around a tree or aim into hills to have it sit fast. Add anhyzer and now I can make big right-turning distance shots with RH-BH throw. Due to it's control and dependability, I end up going for this disk on most drives.

The SL has always been a favorite disc of mine, and especially in Star plastic.  Thankfully Valarie Jenkins Doss won the 2016 World Championship and made it possible for us to have a fresh batch of Star SLs, and I hope Innova will consider bringing back production Star SLs.

The SL starts out a bit overstable, but as it seasons in it becomes a great stright flyer with a little bit of reliable fade.  Great for mild to medium headwinds, as well.

Just got this disc for Christmas and I'm already a fan. Every release was straight as an arrow, unless I wanted to "S" it I would put a little more on it and have a great flight path.
