    180g Rancho Roc Plastic

I got this disc hoping it would act more like what I hear and read Roc's should fly like but for me it just wasn't happening. Every time I've thrown this thing it just turns off to the side like it was thrown on an anhyzer release and rarely fades back to the center. I'm not sure if I got a weird run or if I'm just incapable of throwing the disc correctly but for me, this disc just doesn't have a place in my bag.

If you're used to throwing Roc's and you love the way they fly maybe give this one a whirl as it may hit lines in a different fashion then what you're used to.

It's hard to express my love for this disc. I have 5 mids in my kit. Two Rocx3's in differing plastics, an element, and a tursas. The Star Rancho Roc is my go to for backhand approaches when I know a putter just won't reach or there's a chance that it would turn over too much. The Rancho excels at stand stills for me. It's very easy to release with consistent accuracy. If there's a decent bit of wind or I need a more extreme fade then I would switch over to the Rocx3s, but for a classic backhand approach where you need decent distance and reliable accuracy the Rancho is supreme. Just remember to release with about 10-25% hyzer on her. She will get up to flat and turn slightly. Very beginner friendly.
