First it should be noted this does not feel like other putters. it feels like a mid-range with a really small rim. Regardless of play time that will take getting used to. The more I got used to it the more I have enjoyed it, and  was getting more familiar with longer range puts. The only thing that keeps it from being truly straight is a hint of fade at the the end. Otherwise, it is very predictable and the more broken in it gets the better it becomes. The downside for me was I had a 175 DX and it broke pretty quick, I don't the plastic could handle the weight when it hit off trees and baskets. I'm going to try a lighter weight DX and see if that fixes both the  fade and cracking issue. I wouldn't really say there's a lot of off the tee usage, but if you needed so good turn over and a pretty short range this would work. I gave a lightweight star I purchased to a friend that is a girl and she seemed to be able to use it very well.

Put simply, this is a cool disc. The types of lines that you can create with it are beautiful. I think that is why they called it "mirage", because the way that it turns, and eventually straightens out, is mesmerizing. This is also an incredibly easy disc to learn and throw rollers with. It also works great for putting, short range or long. If you like the way a beat in Roc turns, this is a great slower and more understable version of that

Amazing turn-over disc for getting out of trouble, or getting extra distance on an approach.  This disc can go laser straight, and usually surprises you with how far it goes but has saved me countless strokes.  It is a bit touchy but is a staple of my bag.

I really like this disc and have a lot of fun throwing the Mirage.  It is an understable putter that flies very flat and straight when thrown with moderate power and has a nice right turn (RHBH) when revved up and thrown with a little more power.  I really found this a great putter to use when straddle putting.  The only reason I give this great disc 4 stars is because I had some difficulty using it on windy days.

Very understable disc, but that is a good thing. When thrown flat this disc will turn slightly and go straight to where you pointed it. It will fly holding what ever line you release it on. I use it mostly as an approach disc from 100 to 200 ft out. I've ,twice had it drop in the basket fro 120 to 130 ft out. Not a common occurrence but it has happened. Mostly it just parks up next to the basket way inside the circle making for an easy putt.

This disc flies slower than most mid range discs, but between this and the manta I've been able to shave points off some of the longer holes on a few courses.

If you're a beginner this disc will help with your form in that it will fly true to what ever angle you release it on.

Definitely digging the low profile shallow rim on this disc.

In this video we’re going to take a look at the Innova Mirage, an understable putt and approach disc. I bought one at 168g in DX plastic and I love it.

Innova’s Mirage is more than a putter. It’s a true approach disc. It’s designed to flip, or to counter hyzer angles when thrown. This is a utility disc of sorts, designed to fight fade, so it lands straighter and lands flat on the ground if thrown correctly. In my opinion, it’s best utilized for throws between 100 to 250 feet. This disc is great for people with low arm speed, or who have a hard time avoiding hyzer when they throw. While it can be used for short range putting, it’s best application is when it’s used for the approach game. I've been impressed with it and have used it in my putting practice routine for months now.

I'm really not sure why anyone would need a putter this understable, but to each their own. If you want something to turn quickly when thrown, this is the putter you are looking for. Inside the circle, this is a decent putter, but any sort of wind is going to throw this thing around.

Great hyzer putter for wooded courses. I also use it as a tight spot roller. Has a nice left fade, also use it as a midrange with heavy hyzer.
