This is an interesting disc for sure. It has a very thick rounded rim but also a micro bead on the bottom. The rim width is the sweet spot for distance imo. Not too wide not too narrow. The one I bought has a slight pop top and seems to be one of the more stable runs of it. It has that straight flight and high glide, but doesn't turn much, which is what I was hoping for. Between my savant and wraith, the gorgon just doesn't really have a spot in my bag. Definitely a useful disc for long to very long straight to stable shots though

It feels like an IT combined with Beast. I throw mine on a hyzer flip and they come up to flat and push with a very gentle fade. For tailwind or in the woods, these are a solid choice. If you have a slower arm or are a beginner, these are a great way to get the extra distance on the course without throwing as hard or going with a higher speed disc.

I really like this disc. Flight has a nice slow long turn with a dependable fade. I prefer a flat release and sometimes with understable discs that be a little trouble if I come over the top, so far the Gorgon has shown enough intergrity in star plastic that it's not going to just flip n go.

This is more what I was wanting from the discmania S-Line TD, very workable disc. Hyzerflips and turns or long annys are both available with ease.

I'm a MA2 (intermediate)  350-375 backhander and this disc flies great for me in star at 167g. Will not turn and crash unless you put some anny into it, and glides more than any disc I've ever thrown. Feels kind of like a faster river, if you've thrown that, and is a great woods driver. Would recommend in star for anyone throwing over 300.

10 speed understable glider that can handle torque (in star plastic - haven't tried anything else). I'm not a pro or anything, but I can torque the living hell out of a forehand throw. If you keep it flat and give it spin, it can handle power and ride nice gradual turnover lines with very, very mild finish as it slows down. My backhand is more pedestrian, but still average for an intermediate player, and while the disc is understable, it does not turn and burn unless you tell it to. Oh, and maybe my favorite thing about the gorgon, is the hand feel... Feels kind of like a larger IT with the concave shape on the bottom of the wing.

I wanted to love this disc, but it's touchy and seems slow. I can get similar distance to that of my 11 and 12 speeds but it seems to take longer to get there. Even compared to 7 and 9 speeds, this seems slow, it kind of flies like a midrange in my opinion. If I put this on even a small anyhzer it isn't coming back. Throwing it flat is a coin flip, it either seems to ride a nice anhyzer line or lift and dump. This would probably be a good distance driver for new player's, but I wouldn't recommend it as a control driver for intermediate player's/arms.
