this disc is definitely a very interesting disc as it seem its sole purpose is for a sidearm flick i not being a pro at sidearm don't like the thing.  someone i play with loves the thing for long sidearm open shots and he gets amazing distance out of it sidearm. I would not recommend to beginners.

Disc - 166 Innova Blizzard Champion Dominator

Feel - The Dominator has a very wide rim and is fairly shallow. It most likely will not feel good in the hand to players with smaller hands but for me it works just fine. It feels good for backhands and extremely good for forehand shots because of of the shallowness of the rim. The Blizzard plastic is very durable and gives good grip.

Flight - I do not understand this disc. The Dominator, even in Blizzard plastic is just as overstable as my Nuke OS. The disc that I got was very domey and has a significant heartbeat. When I threw this disc for the first time it punked me as it only went around 250 feet when I was throwing destroyers and other discs around 375-425. The numbers on this disc seem very off to me but it also could just be the run that I got was an anomaly because I see other reviews that say similar things and yet others that say totally different things.

Overall - I love this disc for the slot it fills in my bag as the very overstable disc but it's not what I intended it to be. I would probably stick to other molds that are more consistent because I have seen so many different things about this disc that I'm not sure what it's intended to do.

I have two. One is 175g and the other is 159g. The 175 isn't bagged currently but I keep the 159 in my bag still. I'm partial to lighter drivers around the 155-165 range and my Dominator I use on 0-10mph headwinds. It's turn isn't severe but it's fade feels more like a 3. Like a Boss wannabe disc in alot of ways. As usual, with it's high speed I wouldn't recommend it for newer players.

This is an absolute BOMBER. If you have a big arm, you can throw this disc on a flat line out to the right. It will turn a tad bit and then fade pretty hard to the left (RHBH). It tends to skip with a nice flair at the end. It's pretty easy to anhyzer and turn over smooth. Great forehand disc as well. This is definitely my go-to driver and I love how predictable it is.

A 155g Blizzard Dominator works well for an intermediate power thrower.  It flies very straight with a reliable forward penetrating fade at the end, even against the wind.   I recommend this disc to players looking for a disc to graduate to once you start to overpower a Tern or Katana, and want something that will fight the wind better.  The weight is important and a heavier Star or Champ would be a good choice if you still cannot quite straighten out a Destroyer or a Boss.

One of the more disappointing discs I've ever thrown. Even in blizzard plastic the Dominator is pretty stable. It seems to fly sluggishly, and far below it's advertised speed of 13. It doesn't glide well and has a pronounced late fade that kills distance potential. Perhaps I got a bad one, but the Dominator is a chore to throw, and every other comparable mold flies laps around it.

Got a 149g Factory Second Blizzard Dominator (13,5,-1,2).  In my comparison tests on the range, it's flight pattern was very similar to my 149g Blizzard Boss (13,5,0,3), except that it does not fade to the left (I'm RHBH) nearly as much as the Boss does. The Blizz Dominator also outdistanced the Blizz Boss every time, by about 10-20 feet on average.  And like the Krait (11,5,-1,2), the Dominator's end-of-flight fade is more of a dive-bomb hard to the ground. The rim of the Dominator is very thick, just like the Boss, so that comparison is a wash.

The final result was that the Blizz. Dominator has an overall straighter flight than the Blizz. Boss and more distance.  I was looking for something that didn't have the Boss's level of fade, and I think I've found a good answer in the Dominator.

Could not ask for a betteer sidearm disc. This is my first choice for the straighter dogleg rights

I definitely think you may have gotten a funky one. I throw a 175 Dominator and it flies really similar to my Katana, just straighter. I've actually started using mine more than my Katana as it holds an Anny line well but fades out before my Katana does. Additionally I also use it for hyzer spikes, tomahawks, thumbers and it's also one of the few discs I can through forehand decently. If I had to pick one driver to play a full round with my Dominator would be it. Anyways it might be worth checking it out again as maybe you just got a bad mold.

I don't understand my blizzard Dominator (157 grams). It's one of the most stable discs in my bag (comparable to my new Champion Firebird and Avery Jenkins Star Destroyer). I like it for hyzer spikes (it's light so I can get it high in the air, and then it hyzers straight down), and I like it for fighting the wind (yes, I use a blizzard disc for shooting straight into the wind). I keep thinking that it might start to straighten out after a few more hyzer spikes, but it hasn't happened yet. My review doesn't seem to match up with the others, so maybe mine has a magic spell. I also have a blizzard boss, destroyer, katana, and wraith, and the dominator's stability is in the stratosphere compared to those guys. Anyone else experiencing something similar? Did I just get a funky one?

i just picked up a blizzard champion dominator to try it out, and I'm going to enjoy it I can tell. the third throw with it I almost ace a 300 foot hole. You get it up to its intended speed and this thing is gone! This is staying in my bag for a while.

I love the Dominator! I picked one up in Blizzard at 158 and can friggin get this disc out there. It does exactly what you see here on infinitediscs flight path. It starts and flies understable and finishes overstable. Light weight helps to really get this disc flying and get the right power to watch a nice looong 'S'. The disc feels good in the hand and has good grip. Good for every long throw you put it on, always stays in the bag.

Just got a 173g Blizzard run off of infinitediscs.com and still getting used to it. I love the speed it has when released properly. Would consider this for experienced players. If release is off it will nose dive right into the ground. Great for a solid flick of 275-350ft shot.

I have a first run Blizzard Dominator, and I love it, if I'm at the tee and it's a forehand shot I'll pull this disc out and backhand with a flat snap and it just flies like the Mamba. Such a useful disc if you have a weak forehand throw.

Definately has more fade than the numbers indicate. Overall though, this is a great driver, especially once you learn to compensate for the fade. One of my go to drivers

I own a Dominator in the blizzard plastic (around 169 grams) and I consider it my go-to driver. I do try to compensate for the fade at the end, which is more than I originally expected looking at the numbers. I've seen some really good distance for me out of it, which is only around 200 feet. It is really important for me to keep the throw low because of the hyzer it typically takes in the end of its flight.

I tried the Dominator and was able to get some monster long forehand throws with it, but also some really bad ones too. The rim of the Dominator was just too thick for me. It made it too inconsistent. For backhand throws this disc was just too powerful for me and seemed a lot more overstable than its flight ratings indicate.
