Normally a 7-speed disc might be more beginner friendly, but this X-out is even a bit more overstable that the numbers would suggest. I did field testing with this comparing against some similar discs, and it's definitely more stable than my 7-5-0-2 Yikun Fu and 7-5-0-1 Cosmos, pulling left earlier (RHBH) and not getting the same kind of straight-forward distance. I have several discs in I-blend plastic and it has so far proven to have a pretty good quality. It also feels good and grippy, and releases cleanly for me. These X-outs can be kind of fun: I had forgotten what I had ordered over the holidays and was left wondering recently how I ended purchasing two Pharaohs! ;  )  The disc looks great, the metallic stamp looks flawless, and it really stands out on the course with its bright red plastic and shiny stamp; it's just kind of funny having to remind myself that it's an Exodus, not a Pharaoh.

Love this disc! I got it in I-blend and it lost it's stability fairly quickly, so I plan to get one in C-blend so I can maintain the stability for a little longer. This disc is great! Most comparable to a Teebird I would say. It is pretty great! It helps with distance control and is dead straight with a reliable, consistent fade. It is awesome!

The rim feels a little more narrow than a teebird but feels great in the hand. I love this disc. It is really great!

I was really digging this disc before I lost it in a lake. It seems to go further than it should. This slot in my bag was previously held by a volt, but boy this was doing the same stuff. Definitely fixing to get me a new one!

What can I say?? This has quickly become a staple in the bag that I will now be cycling. I love this disc. Great to hyzer flip up to flat and this disc never dumps. I-blend plastic feels great, even better than star plastic in my opinion. It's incredible. Honestly, can't say enough about this disc. I think there is a spot in anyone's bag for this.

I got this disc on the recommendation of someone telling me it was "a more reliable TL basically" . I tend to agree. You can get some turn out of it which makes it more workable than a Teebird for me, but it's not as overstable as an eagle X so it's easier to get a long straight flight with reliable finish.

Everyone needs a stable fairway. This one fills the slot well and does so at a great price. My advice is to buy 2 of these x-outs for the same price you'd get a signature disc.  I'm not a long thrower, but I am accurate. Typically shoot right around par on all the courses in my area.  Max distance with a stable 7-8 speed is about 330' on a flat throw. (Real distance with laser rangefinder)
Brand new these are going to be more stable. Stable enough to even work well as a forehand flick disc. Once they break in you'll see the better glide and more high-speed turn.

Feel is just like star Eagle, because that is basically what it is. I-Blend was surprisingly stiff and rim was a little sharp. After a few rounds and tree hits I expect that to change.

For $9 in I-blend x-out I highly recommend it. The standard I-blend is a great deal too.

If you're not on a major manufacturer bandwagon I recommend picking up as many of these as you feel comfortable buying and be set.

Feel: Talk about a disc that instills confidence! This thing feels amazing in my backhand grip. It isn't the best for flicks, but backhands, it will go perfectly straight at full power, which is awesome. There is a rather large dome on this disc, but i would hesitate to call a dome because it is flat on top, the shoulders rise up pretty far, which gives the illusion of a dome, but the top is actually pretty flat, and this feels great in my backhand grip.

Flight: This disc flies straight at high speeds (well, high for me). And then at more realistic speeds, it is straight with a decent fade at the end. This is definitely one of those go-to fairways that is good in most situations.

Comparisons: I'm pretty sure this is the exact same mold as Innova's TL, it certainly feels really similar, it also flies pretty much identical. For those of you who don't recognize the TL, it is pretty much a teebird, but feels different, and maybe a little more stable.

Plastic: I-Blend plastic is similar to Innova's Star, but a little more grippy, and a heck of a lot less expensive. that combo makes it one of my favorite blends, because it is pretty much the most durable thing out there, but it is cheap, and on infinitedisc.com, you an get x-outs, which are even cheaper!
