I had some apprehension in buying this disc. I took it to Pinhole disc golf course and I was expecting to get significantly less distance than my I-blend emperor. I was pleasantly surprised to findyself out-driving certain holes. Rather than being a meat hook, it has been a straight flyer with reliable fade. It was a breezy day and it handled the wind very well. There were holes that I threw my Pharaoh that turned over. I would have been much better off having thrown this instead. I love it and I don't see it leaving my bag anytime soon.

P.s. The rounded edge flat-top is incredibly comfortable for my hands. The rim is not sharp which makes for a comfortable release.

Disc: Infinite Discs I-Blend Conqueror (1st run of I-blend, blue, 173-5 grams)

Feel: Pretty typical I-blend feel, slightly less slick than S-blend/Star when new. Pretty significant dome in the middle of the flight plate and the typical sharpness that a 12 speed rim has. Deeper feeling rim depth because of that dome I think. After a number of rounds the I-blend displays a bit of wear from different scrapes and landings but the profile has not changed. Summer/Fall temps I didn't mind the extra grip that I-blend produces over C-blend.

Flight: Stable but displays a bit of turn through the high speed part of the flight. Good glide through the middle section and a pretty sharp fade at the end as the disc slows in the air. Handles FH torque really well but tends to fade more abruptly and flare skip with the reduced RPMs on FH throws vs. BH.

Impressions & Comparisons: I expected this kind of flight out of the I-blend which is typically Infinite's least stable for driver molds. More usable distance and easier to replace than some money run extra premium/limited drivers. Having thrown some PD2s and PowerDisc2/XCaliburs in the past, I would put the I-blend Conqueror a few ticks down in stability from the most OS versions of each of those.

I-blend pretty quickly worked in and was usable as a substitute for my old swirly S-line PD2 172g wind fighter I have used sparingly for some more extreme wind days in the midwest U.S. I enjoy using I-blend for stable distance FHs with the Conqueror and Slab to extend distance past where their more premium blend versions can reach (which isn't much further than my Scepters or Dracos get). Hopefully the I-blend Conqueror can remain in this stability range for a while and slowly cycle down in stability with more use.

I recently received the Conqueror in a players pack. This thing is BEEF! Previously I was throwing my discraft venom hoping that it wouldn't beat in very fast, which it did. And by doing so it lost that stability that I needed on specific shots. The conqueror has that beef that I needed. Its not so much a dumping fade like some discs, but rather a straight pushing fade that holds that line. Love this disc
