The Mystic is one of the newer discs in the Gateway midrange line. This is an understable midrange that can hold any line, and is easy to throw. It is another great Gateway midrange for beginners. The Mystic is available in Sure Grip and Evolution plastics. It can be purchased in light weights, and has a very similar feel to other Gateway midranges (same rim width & depth) to help provide consistent disc golfing results.

    Platinum Details

Evolution Platinum is a fantastic ultra premium plastic blend by Gateway. The plastic offers a unique metallic shine that not only looks good, but it is also incredibly grippy and flexible (you can literally fold a Evo-P disc). This plastic blend is especially recommended for playing disc golf when it's cold outside.

The Mystic I have in evolution platinum plastic and the feel is very good for a midrange. It is understable though so it would be similar to the comet if anything. The flight is similar to the z plastic for evolution platinum but has a better feel in my opinion. I would definitely bag this disc for nonwindy days from the tee box because the glide on this disc is absolutely insane.. When throwing this I would try to get good strength with it since it is faster than the majority of midranges with a 5 speed where a comet is a 4 speed.
