The Karma is one of Gateway’s slightly overstable midrange discs with a wide diameter. This mid is more overstable than the Element, but less stable than the Warrior. This disc is great for windy conditions and sidearm throws.

Platinum Details

Evolution Platinum is a fantastic ultra premium plastic blend by Gateway. The plastic offers a unique metallic shine that not only looks good, but it is also incredibly grippy and flexible (you can literally fold a Evo-P disc). This plastic blend is especially recommended for playing disc golf when it's cold outside.

This disc is amazing, it is right in between a gator and a buzz, my only regret is discovering it after gateway pulled its production. I also love the gateway mystic (under-stable version). This disc has been solid for me in Oklahoma wind (noodle arm) and has become a staple in my game immediately.  Love this disc, slim profile and this disc easily replaced my Roc. Evo plastic is similar to Star but gripier like 2009 star plastic. Wish I discovered gateway sooner!

This plastic is SOFT! The feel is reminiscent of Star, if Star was as soft and flexible as GStar. The disc has a thin overall feel, to the point that the floppiness was almost necessary for me to get a good grip. The Karma seemed straight-up overstable to me, without perceptible turn on a 300' throw. The bite is pretty substantial - comparable to a Gator, but much later in the flight - this disc actually does go straight a good ways before fading, and its fade isn't that dumpy/droppy for an overstable mid. It is surprisingly skippy for such a soft disc, again up there with a Gator - sensing a theme? This disc is overall really like a later-biting Gator, but with a thinner profile and in a more flexible plastic.
