The HAVU bridges the gap between a putter and a midrange disc, offering a straight flight path that is easy to control and maintains its angle consistently. This disc is remarkably versatile, catering to players of all skill levels, from novices to professionals. With a strong throw, the HAVU can be induced to turn over towards the end of its flight, demonstrating its adaptable flight characteristics. The name "Havu" refers to a fresh sprig or small branch from a coniferous tree, embodying the lush, green forests that define Finland's breathtaking landscapes, where coniferous trees are a significant and beautiful part of the natural environment.

You've heard of throwing putters - this is a putting midrange.  Very straight, holds the line you throw it on but has a gentle fade to finish. This disc feels great in the hand and can be manipulated to do anything you need it to do. Hold torque well for intermediate to advanced played, but I can see this being a great beginner disc as well. Anyone can find a slot for this disc to throw, turnover, reliably hyzer and even putt. I'm a fan of the smaller manufacturers so it was a no brainer to try this disc out and I was not let down. Plastic feels incredibly well, something like a stiffy K1 (those Finns know what they be doin). You'll find a spot for this disc, no doubt. Generally, it's pretty cheap so why not give it a try - I trust you will not be disappointed!

This is a really good disc! Not an exciting disc, in a good way. I got it thinking it would replace the spot I was using a very beat in Star Aviar3 for ( yes I knew by the numbers they would fly different), and I expected to use this off the tee more but realistically I throw this best as *surprise* an approach disc. My drive put me at an awkward tweener distance? I've got about 50-125 feet between me and the basket and I don't want to risk blowing by it with my putter(very glidey putter), and especially just laying up? HAVU! It doesn't soar, and it sits where it lands.

New favorite disc. Feels like a headless putter, but. shallow. Dead straight. Love the glide, love the feel. Workhorse.

Very much lives up to the description of a putter meets a mid. Feels like a putter but this thing absolutely flys. Surprising distance and does seem to hold up to it's numbers. Has a touch of fade but that could be due to my location at higher elevation.

Pick a line and put it on it and it should hold it very well and very much a solid point and shoot disc.
