The Binx is a unique, floppy disc that shows it's true shape when ripping through the air. As a forehand dominant player, this disc feels strange in the hand at first, the way it flops over the hand when gripped for the drive. This flop makes it feel as if it could buckle under the torque and snap of a throw. However, upon release, it flies like a plastic mold and holds a tight spin well. As mentioned, it also holds any line you put it on. If you're a forehand player looking to hit a dog-leg left...it will hold the anny turnover line very, very well. And if you accidentally put too much anny on it...it won't turn into a roller, it will crumple, flop and stop. Very cool disc and something different for the bag.

Gave 4 stars because it is interesting to throw and a good disc for specific shots like ones where it will stop at landing. Would not recommend for someone with a high arm speed. Bring a towel to wipe dirt after throw since will stick to material.

As someone who greatly enjoyed the unique, effective, if temperamental Koi, I was excited to see Elevation was working on a driver and even more thrilled when it lived up to my expectations. The firmer plastic is awesome. I'd imagine it is still an adjustment if you haven't used a rubber or silicone disc before, but I am able to consistently throw it forehand, which as a RHFH player, I could not really do with the Koi. It has a little less glide than I expected, but that may change as I get a bit more dialed in with it.

All in all, it does what it says on the tin; it is easy to grip, flies straight, and stops with little ground play.

Elevation has finally figured out their rubber blend so it's much easier to throw without the fear of deformation in flight.

This is a great first driver for a number of reasons. It's a great neutral flyer, it comes in great colors, its not "too fast" for a beginner arm and it will sit well where you throw it.

Basically a river, FD, TL3, but in rubber. It's a fun disc to hold let alone throw.

I would like to start off by saying this is a great disc! I've thrown this multiple times (including in tournament) and can say definitively that you can throw it at any angle and it will hold it. When thrown full strength flat (I throw between 375-425 consistently) I will have a nice turn with a pillowy soft finish slight left (depending on which arm you throw with). It does NOT want to slide or skip so keep that in mind if you have OB behind the basket and need something to stop quickly, it's perfect for that. Another positive is throwing through woods as this will hit a tree and basically hit the ground really close.to where it hit as opposed to most discs that an fly 50 plus feet of the fairway! It has a bit more glide than most 5 glide discs and it only has 0 turn if you are a beginner or don't have a lot of torque on your throws. Give it a try!!
