ecoFLEX Details

Elevation Disc Golf's ecoFLEX plastic is a vulcanized rubber blend, making it different from Elevation's previous silicone blends. ecoFLEX is made of 30% post-consumer medical scrap, such as rubber gloves. This makes it about one-third recycled material! The vulcanized nature of this rubber blend vastly improves the durability of the discs. ecoFLEX is very puncture resistant and should hold up very well over time.

The grip is fantastic on ecoFLEX (think pink eraser), and the blend doesn't pick up dust and dirt as easily as Elevation's silicone plastics do. ecoFLEX is the stiffest plastic that Elevation Disc Golf makes. It still has the ability to bend upon impact, making it possible to stick the landing, but it feels stiffer in the hand.

My Flight Ratings: 8/5/-3/1 Very Beginner Friendly Throwing Distance: 350 Straight Score: Very Understable

The Ecoflex Binx in the blend Elevation is calling "Mulberry" (white, pink, and purple) is wayyyy more understable that shown on Infinites website. The flight numbers are more like 8/5/-3/1 in this rubber blend. Still has the same ecoflex feel where it is limber but not supper floppy. You can almost put this on any hyzer angle and it will flip and turn. Funny enough you can almost adjust the disc on warm days by pushing the top of the flight plate down for a few seconds and it will raise the parting line and make it more overstable if you have a need for a straighter flight. If you want a straighter Binx flight at all times I would find one in the "Newcomer" or "Ecofirm"

I was quite disappointed in my Ecoflex Binx as it is super understable. It turns over immediately even at low speeds and flies quite similarly to an Innova Leopard.

I really like the concept of a disc without ground play due to the flexible plastic - and this disc does achieve that. However, the flight numbers were way off in my case to the point where the disc is unusable (not sure if I got a dudd?)
