Joining the Breakout and the Gavel in the Easy-to-Throw Line is the Proof. This disc feels very similar to the Warrant/Evidence, and is great for beginners. With a small rim, small profile, and light weight, this disc will zoom out of the hand. With its excellent glide, the lighter weights will not matter as this disc can really get out there quickly. For the seasoned player, this disc could definitely be used for turnover shots or when you need to back off of the power but still hold a good line.

Wow. Now this is definitely an UNDERSTABLE disc. The Dynamic Discs Proof is so understable it makes the Westside Tursas look overstable. It's a really fun disc to throw.

In my opinion, this disc might be the best all purpose disc for beginners out there. I love the feel of the Proof, it is very shallow with a completely flat top. For me, it's easier to throw consistently with flat discs.

At very slow speeds, the proof still flies like a midrange, and has a pretty substantial fade at the end of the flight, but if you get even mediocre speed behind it, the proof IS going to fip up, turn to the right and probably not fade back at all -- and that's throwing a 158g proof at 4,500 feet. There were a few times I was able to get it to hyzer flip dead straight, but I had to get the power just right to keep it from turning too far to the right. Closer to sea level, this discs will be substantially more understable and might not be very consistent for any throws more than about 220 feet (which is farther than most beginners can throw).

I have a decent forehand game and so rarely ever throw anhyzer shots. I struggle mightly with them, but with the Proof they were easy. I'd just throw high and level and the disc would do the rest. I had one of my best drives ever on hole #8 at the Cache County Fairgrounds with a backhand throw with this disc as it just did its work.

Another thing I like about the Proof is that even though it's ridiculously understable, it's great for forehand touch shots. The low profile and flat type make this a very controllable disc for those approach shots where you have to bend around a tree either hyzer or anhyzer.

For an experienced disc golfer the Proof might work great as a utility disc for ultra understable situations, but it's not likely to be a staple driver. If you are new to frisbee golf player and are looking for an inexpensive disc that won't just tank hard and fade to the left for you, I highly recommend the Proof.

The Proof is a pretty awesome disc, especially for beginners. In reality this disc is great for what it is, and I believe that it fulfills its purpose wonderfully. It is meant for beginners, or people who don't have that strong of an arm.

The grip of the disc is quite comfortable, it is very lightweight, and really easy to throw. It cannot handle power at all. Whenever I would try to throw it full power it would turnover and crash almost instantly. However when I throw it lightly and not full power, the Proof flies for quite some time. The proof is very glidy and flies wonderfully, almost always it has that "S" flight path.

If you're looking for a disc that is easy to throw, or meant for a beginner this disc is it. It flies very easy and fulfills its purpose. A beginner will have a very easy time throwing this disc.

I recently got to throw a 158g Proof in Prime and I really liked it! It isn't a disc that I would put in my bag, but I really appreciate it for what it is. I think this would be an absolutely fantastic disc for beginners, or anyone with a slower arm speed.

I was throwing the Proof at about 50% on a hyzer and it would pop up, continue turning over, and eventually flatten out and fade a little bit. At the time of writing this, I am throwing and average of 370', and whenever I gave this disc anymore than 70% (even on the most extreme hyzer possible) it would turn over and crash.

At lower speeds, this thing flies great! Even on light anhyzers it would hold the line and flatten out wonderfully. If I gave it enough air, even with a decent throw, it would come out nicely.

In my hand it feels like a miniature Truth, very similar but smaller in every way; diameter, rim depth, rim size etc. If I knew someone who was just starting or had a lower arm speed I would definitely recommend the Proof. It also comes in a fantastic extremely affordable plastic.
