    Pro-D Details

Pro-D is Discrafts affordable basic plastic blend. This isn't the most durable plastic, but it provides good grip and is very affordable. For old school disc golfers that like to "break in" thier discs for varying flight paths, Pro-D is an excellent choice. It is also one of the most popular blends for putters and is often referred to as "putter line" plastic.

I just order me a new stratus because I love this disc in heavy wooded areas with a nice controlled turnover line that is pretty predictable and will get you great distance when you learn to throw this disc with a little more power

This disc is awesome! I have three of these in various stages of wear in my bag. One is really fresh and will hold a really straight line with slight turn to the right. One semi beat-in that will turn more right, especially when thrown all out. And one really beat in that will always come back hard right no matter how hard it's thrown. I throw RHBH, and very rarely use a forehand throw so this is my go-to disc for any shot that requires some left to right fade. Been using it since I started playing. It will always have a place in my bag.

Got this disc as the fairway driver in a set from discraft. You list it as a midrange, which makes a lot of sense to me. Mine is in the 150g range and flips up very easily when released on a hard hyzer. I use it for holes that finish right with a RHBH or as a roller. Its also good for beginners like me to figure out different lines and speeds. I gave it to a friend who has thrown ultimate discs a lot but not golf discs and he did surprisingly well with it. Good starter disc, but I'm not sure how long I'll keep it in rotation.

Been playing for a couple months now and this disc has been a great disc to learn with. It's really helping me understand lines of flight and how different release angles can affect its turn and fade.

Great disc for beginners like me. I can throw this about the same distance as an Avenger SS. Mine is light(165g)and it flies straight. The rim almost like a mid-range in that it is thin. I'm able to grip the Avenger better because of the thicker rim. But I see this being a great disc for me until I can throw the faster drivers.
