As someone who has a pretty negligible forehand, the Sol makes up for that tremendously. I can throw it flat on right-hand backhand and it will glide and turn so slowly but gracefully. Definitely some of the best lines I've carved in wooded courses has come with this thing. Great for DeLa in Santa Cruz, for example. I also like it sometimes as a straight tunnel shot if I put a little hyzer angle on it to begin with. Also if you are behind a tree and need a right hand forehand that goes to the right of that tree and comes back hard left, this is great for that specific shot.

Signature Z-Line Sol

As many have mentioned before, this disc has tons of glide. It will be very good for beginners looking to get extra controlled distance. Very beautiful flight pattern. For the more experienced player, this will be a great hyzer flip disc that will just keep going forever. Highly recommend.

The best thing about this disc is the glide.  It is also easier to throw for slower arms.  Other than that, it hasn't shown me anything special yet.

The glide on this disc is insane. I recently bought a PP5x sig Z line Sol and it will glide for days. Low speed flat will ride straight and true. With a slight hyzer and 40% and it will pop up and glide forever.

I haven't used it in a tournament yet but the versatility of this disc may be what I need to up my woods golf game.

I'm so confused. I've read dozens of reviews for the Sol on here and almost all say this is an under stable beginner disc that turns right with any power. I have two Paige Peirce 5X Z Plastic Sols in 175g and both fly dead straight and land softly with almost no fade when thrown level. I don't think power is an issue as I have thrown them over 370' on slight downhill and over 340' on flat soccer fields. In both cases, the Sols flew dead straight and almost dropped out of the sky at the end. I don't know if its the plastic or my technique but I use this disc for long, dead straight shots and it never fails to deliver.
