The Passion is a Paige Pierce branded fairway driver with a straight flight and a unique flat outer rim configuration. It is very similar to the classic Discraft Cyclone but with less of a bead, tuning it for a straighter, more dependable flight for precision placement on the fairway.

I didn't expect to like this disc as much as I do. I like to have a range of stabilities in each speed range of discs I bag, but the Passion is so versatile that it covers almost my entire 7/8 speed fairway category. The only others I bag are flippy specialty discs, and I'll just disc up to the FD3 or Felon for hard finish. I never thought I would take the halo Leopard3 out of my bag, but this slot went from Centurion to FD to Stalker to Leopard3, and I'm anticipating the Passion will own that slot for a long time to come.

    Hyzer throws hold hyzer.

Straight throws flex a little and finish gently.

Anhyzer throws turn and pan then finish gently without burning over.

Note: I have two of these in tour series ESP and one in Big Z. I do not like the Big Z, which could just be that I don't like the plastic in general, or it's just not a good plastic for this mold.

The Passion is such a good disc for everyone! A new player can find a straight disc that has a very small fade. An intermediate player can find a straight flyer with a good amount of glide to aid them in gaining not only accuracy but also some added distance. An advanced and professional player will find a disc that will hold any angle you place it on and glide for days! This disc is an absolute must have!

The Passion is the perfect disc for midrange tunnel shots. When thrown at full strength, it holds an extremely straight and tight line all of the way through its flight. It's the ideal disc to use when the shot is just slightly longer than your Buzzz can comfortably cover.  When thrown softer, it offers a reliable fade at the end of its flight, which can also be helpful on longer approach shots where a maxed out Buzzz might finish too straight to get around obstacles near the basket.

It is a very  straight flier, and it will show what you're doing right and/or wrong. Hit it right, and it'll be your tunnel shot disc.

one of the best discs in my bag. flies just like a slightly beat in buzzz but an 8 speed. the rim has an odd feel to it but its good. feels like a 7 or a 7.5 speed. goes about as far as my star teebird.

I mean what can I say, it was absolutely love at first throw. If you are looking for a disc that flies like your fave nuetral/midrange but goes farther then look no further because the passion is it. I might just change my whole bag to passions hahaha

What sold me on trying this disc was Paige Pierce saying that she intended for it to be a longer version of the Buzzz, which is my mid range of choice. All I can say is WOW... Right off the bat I was loving how it flies. It just seemed to go wherever I'd want it to, as far as fairway drivers go. Being a straighter flying disc, it can't stand up to strong headwinds very well, but otherwise, this is a fantastic fairway driver. I have a couple in my bag and I feel like it fits the straight to understable fairway driver slot perfectly

The Passion is now my go to fairway. It reminds me of a longer beat in Buzzz which has been a disc I've needed for some time as the Stalkers I have tend to fade more than I prefer for the shots the Passion is perfect for. It's one of those discs that I wonder how I managed my game without. It holds an anny or hyzer line really well for me. I max out about 380ft with a Thrasher & Crank so if you have a similar powered throw I think you'd really like the Passion. 300ft point and shoot instead of having to rip on a Buzzz.

Straight, straight fairway driver with above average glide.  It'll hold an anny or hyzer line, but it really wants to go straight and keep going.  The rim is a little unusual.  I thought it would be odd to grip, but it is really quite comfortable.  Definitely has become my go to straight and uphill fairway this fall

The Passion is a great Fairway Driver for that point and shoot fairway slot. The First Run is a little bit more stable and dependable than the protos we're and it is exactly what I was looking for. The Passion has a tendency to hold lines, so it is very susceptible to release angle. This is a problem for some, and makes it a bit harder to get the hang of than your normal straight fairway, but when you do it becomes an absolute workhorse.
