I received this disc in my Jawbreaker starter pack. It feels pretty good in the hand and the Jawbreaker plastic is nice and grippy when putting, but I was not a big fan. The disc does not glide much and required more power than I liked for putting. For approaches I found it to be too flippy for me.

The focus is a slow and low glide putter that likes to fly very straight.  It's difficult to find a straight flying low glide putter because a lot of them dump hard at the end giving an overstable feel, but the Focus doesn't dump as hard as most low glide putters.

Inside the circle the Focus feels like most neutral putters, point and shoot, but it needs a little extra push since it's low glide.  The lower glide helps reduce push from the wind, but you won't see much difference between any other putter inside the circle anyway.  Further out, the Focus will need more power to get to the basket, it's not nearly as easy to get the long putting distance with the low glide.  However, the big advantage here is that a miss won't go nearly as far from the basket as a higher glide putter.  Even compared to other low glide putters, the Focus lands much closer because it doesn't have the hard dump.

The largest strength of the Focus is its straight approaches, it may be the straightest flying putter I've ever throw (comparable to an MVP Atom but without the high glide).  Even when put on a hyzer or anhyzer line, the Focus tries to fly straight and doesn't like to hold any line.  Thrown aroudn 200 feet on just a slightly dropped angle it will go deadly straight, and when release flat it turns just slightly, and always displays a forward fade at this distance.  I can't throw the Focus comfortably beyond 225, its sweet spot is around 150-200.

If you can find a Cryztal Z Focus it will be more consistent on approach shots than a Jawbreaker, but the Jawbreaker is just fine and it will certainly catch chains better.  The Soft X Focus starts or similar to Jawbreaker but puddles more as it breaks in and becomes just a touch more understable.

I tried a Jawbreaker Focus.  It feels good in the hand.  The Focus and I did not gel very well when it came to putting;  I couldn't really get the hang of it with my putting style.  But it's not a bad disc, and it was much better for me as a throwing putter.

Wizard clone. I prefer the Focus since I'm a fan of Jawbreaker plastic which is a good mix of rigidity and tackiness. On really hot days though, when your discs start to have a bit more give to them, I bag SSS Wizards. Exact same profile. During putting practice I can shuffle these into the mix, and not miss a beat.

Loses a star for not having a mix hardness. Should make a "JawBreaker Hard" blend.
