The Flash in Z Line plastic was my first distance driver, and I set it aside for a time while I built up my throwing mechanics and power. Since pulling the disc out again I have found the Flash to be a really nice for backhand control shots particularly when I put it on a bit of hyzer angle. The Flash has really nice glide that carries the disc a good distance (not really a max distance bomber disc).

The Flash was the first disc that I feel like I really got to see the beautiful pronounced S-shaped shot in my throws as the disc turns pretty quickly out of the hand, glides nicely, and then finally has a decent amount of fade at the end of its flight to bring it back. Again as the disc has beaten in I am finding that I need to add more hyzer angle to my shot in order to keep the disc from completely turning over and rolling.

I think the Flash is a great disc for those ready to step up to the distance driver game, it is unfortunate that it seems like Discraft has discontinued this mold.

This is a great disc for long control shots with a deep rim to it. Doesnt have the crazy distance of a max distance driver but it is great for control shots in any wind. Primarily backhand this disc for control shots where i need to place it in the fairway. Good disc for beignners who might even like it for sidearms.

The Flash is a nice driver and will fly a far distance.  As much as I like the Flash I just can't seem to get used to the feel of the rim in my hand.  I way the wing sits my palm just feels odd and I feel I can't get the best grip on this disc.

Overall, a pretty great dependable driver even in the wind.

The only con would be that it does not feel as good in my hand as some of their other drivers.

This was my second driver. I was surprised when I got it because I thought it was going to be an easier driver to throw. It seemed a higher speed than advertised, but it still was a great, versatile disc that I could throw forehand or backhand. I could crush it farther than the drivers I had before my brother lost it playing in a round with me.

The Flash is by far one of my favorite discs to use. This disc holds a great line when i throw it forehand. straightest flight i have seen by far. Definitely my go to disc for those narrow alleys that are fairly long. love this disc

The Flash is one of the first Discraft drivers I ever used. It worked great for me, and seemed to go farther than any of my Innova discs. It's good for controlled straight drives, has a good sized rim (not too thick or thin), and works well for both sidearm and backhand throws.
