Shogun, the first ever beaded putter available in Active Line. Designed to withstand a good amount of power, this deep putter provides a comfortable ergonomic feel and reliable flight when thrown off the tee and for putt/approach. The Shogun will provide relatively straight flight patterns with very minimal low speed fade, allowing it to withstand moderate wind resistance with point-and-shoot accuracy. The Active plastic is the perfect balance between keeping the disc firm, as well as soft to the touch, meaning the disc always feels comfortable and natural in the hand.

This has been my putting putter for several years, since I picked it up secondhand. I frankly wouldn't have tried it originally for full price, but it did not disappoint and I have gotten more since.

It feels like a deeper, bulkier DD judge, or a slightly squarer, more comfortable gateway wizard. Despite being deeper than either, the profile of the rim/bead actually makes it more comfortable to hold in my humble opinion.

As a putting putter in premium plastic (glow) it is stiff and fantastic. It is fat enough that it seldom spits through the chains, especially when compared with something like the logic, and the deep profile gives it a lot of glide on the putting green -- it's perfect for slow-pace putters like me, as it will get to the basket and then fizzle out and drop not too far past it. It can occasionally roll on a faster paced miss, but it typically doesn't go too far on one of these. It's golden in a tailwind, rotten in a headwind.

It is not very wind resistant on the putting green, nor is it torque resistant as a thrower. When I rip it full power (~400ft power with a driver), it wobbles a little and flips before locking onto its line and holding it reliably the whole flight. This is maybe the straightest putter for ripping on that I've ever come across, as the depth of the disc keeps it very straight as it flies.

Hand feel is great as a putting putter. The corner where the inside of the rim meets the flight plate is very rounded (like the MVP Anode, but slightly less so), which makes it a little uncomfortable as a driving putter.

Active premium works very well in dry conditions; it's very durable and pretty stiff. I'm not a fan of the baseline plastic, the discs in this plastic have a different profile, almost puddle topped and shallower, and tend to fly less well as well. It also isn't stiff enough for my liking; it feels fine just to hold in the hand, but I miss the reliability of a stiffer blend when I'm on the green. The glow in the premium is totally usable, but not excellent.

This putter is good if you're a slow or lofty putter who is okay with using premium plastic for putting.

Good for beginners but not the putter for me. I would recommend a Watt for anyone who is lookin for a spin-putt disc, although if you are a beginner this is a good starter option
