The PD2 is a power driver in the Discmania disc line. It is abnormally fast for the stability it offers. Targeted for the strong-armed touring pro, this disc is very reliable with a backhand, forehand and overhead throws in pretty much any condition.

So to start with I am an intermediate player who has really just started to learn true form and play seriously in the last six months. I love Discmania products and their players (mostly Simon and Eagle) looking at reviews for this Disc i was intimidated and I honestly avoided getting one for some time thinking I wouldn't have the arm speed for it. As I played and learned more about the plastics from discmania though I decided to give it a shot. I throw the PD very well and knew that the P line and S line plastics are more under stable , so I applied this knowledge to the PD2 and got an S line and a P line. The P line is the most under stable and for me I can get a pretty good flight with this. I just bought a C line blizzard as well, but haven't had a chance to play with it yet.  Now I'm not automatically crushing 450 to 500 ft bombs automatically since I started to throw these, but I can get a nice flight pattern out of this disc. I like them for forehand hyzer shots, and anhyzer backhand flex shots. Most non pro players and not going to turn one of these guys over so its nice to know it's gonna finish left. If you read through other comments here you are bound to see the word "meathook" a lot. Sure if you have low arm speed and get the most overstable version (c line)  that is probably what you're gonna get. My advice is if you are an intermediate player and are timid about trying one of these is to do what I did and get either a P line or S line version. I actually haven't tried the C line yet, but the other plastics are both in my bag right now and not just for the "meathook" hyzer shot. That being said if you are more of a beginner than an intermediate player you should just get a PD, seriously I love the PD.
