The Discmania Method is the second release in the Discmania Evolution line manufactured by Latitude 64, and the first midrange disc.

The Method is a workhorse, beaded, overstable midrange disc. Coming in at 5, 5, 0, 3, the Method will hold up to your power and finish with reliable fade. With it's high glide, it'll carry itself down the fairway with any flex shots before coming out in the end.

After getting his hands on it, Simon Lizotte simply stated, “This is the best midrange I’ve tried.”

My favorite mid.  mostly replaces my Compass, flies somewhat more stable.   I use it for 200 feet and in.  I am an older player and do not expect the distance younger players get.   I throw the disc flat footed without run up.  I am looking to park the shot and often do.   Has a nice hyzer at the end, flies mostly straight.  It handles wind up to about 20 mph for me.  It is good for back hand and forehand shots.

I field tested this along with some other mids and approach discs and was quite pleased with how it flew. It has a nice flight and gets good distance, though part of that might be the fact that it doesn't seem to warrant the 3 Fade, so it flies straighter longer.  Compared to other mids I have (and others I was testing), it's probably more like a 2 or even 1.5. I like how the plastic feels (or did until the temperatures starting getting cooler, then its grippiness seemed to fade), and it releases easily and cleanly from the hand. It's probably about what my older DX Roc3 should be (same flight numbers), except the latter is 150g (from an old 2018 starter set) so it becomes pretty understable with much force. The 177g of this Method seems to be a better all-around weight.

Great disc! love the hard EXO plastic. but don't think that it has as much fade as advertised, I didn't like my MD3 so I went to this and loved it! I would compare this to the Axiom neutron prism pyro but that it flies straighter, has more glide, and doesn't dump as hard.

Great somewhat overstable midrange. Very reliable fade and can get good distance. I love the EXO Hard plastic feel too. Beats in somewhat quickly which tends to allow for straighter shots but still was some good fade at the end. Wouldn't necessarily recommend this for beginners as there are better midrange options.

This is a great disc! I normally throw Buzzz and/or Emac truths, but I like this disc in the woods for some dog leg fades (RHBH). It fires straight but then has more fade than the straight Buzzz. Where I used to throw a Buzzz fan grip for all mids, since I changed to a power or power-fan grip with all throwing discs, my Buzzz is just a straight flier. The Method comes in with more overstability. I also like big hyzers around trees in the woods. The method will give me more distance than my approach putters.

The Method in Exo Hard is a straight flyer with a predictable fade. It's great for shorter holes where you want control and predictability. I'd say it's similar to a new Roc3 or Verdict, but beings that it's in the Exo Hard plastic, it will beat in rather quickly and become less stable over time.

It feels great in the hand in this plastic and provides good grip. If you want that same flight pattern to last however, I'd recommend it in the Neo plastic.

Call me the Method Man, cuz I love this mid. I bag 1 Neo and I usually bag 3-4 in Exo Hard plastic.  The oldest is 1.5 years old and just knocked my Origin out of its Understable mid slot. I'm loving the consistency of Carrying one mid mold, and I can't see that changing any time soon.

It's not bad but it has more turn than the numbers say and is not consistent I replaced with a trust

This review is for the Exo Hard plastic, which I prefer for this disc over the Neo as it has a slightly flatter profile. If you like the Roc3 you'll love this disc as well. I love the feel of the Exo Hard plastic, grippy and sturdy without being overly stiff. For being marketed as an overstable mid-range, it's not as overstable as the numbers would lead you to believe. The fade is much more like a 2 than a 3, making this a very useable disc for beginners as well as seasoned players. Although I agree with the 0 turn rating, this disc is very sensitive to release angles and won't do anything to "correct" any off-axis torque so if you release on an anhyzer angle it'll hold that line almost all the way to the ground. If you release it flat it will go straight and glide for a very long time before fading out at the end. Holds great hyzer lines, stronger arms will be able to get it to flip up to flat. As it beats in, this becomes a dead straight mid-range. Worth having a beat in one and a fresh one to compliment.

I think I love this mold but not so much the plastic (exo hard).  Feels like a flat top Buzzz with a bead and flies like the numbers suggest. The Exo Hard plastic already took some serious gashes in the first few rounds thrown with it so I don't know how long the stability will last. It is already a little more straight/stable than over stable, so if you like to beat them in to straight maybe this plastic is great. It is good enough that I'm willing to try it in the Neo plastic to see if that lasts longer and I'll probably update this review after I try it.  So far it is much better BH than FH, and it definitely won't fight out of an anhyzer FH but it kinda will BH which is odd for me since I probably throw harder BH.

The Method is a great overstable midrange that you can rely on for all sorts of shots. The method feels very similar to a Roc in my opinion but maybe slightly shallower. I really love the method for shots that I need to fly straight for a little while and fade hard at the end. I use it for the shots that my zone will not reach. If you throw the method flat you can get a straight flight in the beginning and consistent fade as it gets halfway through the flight. Thrown on anhyzer the method will start to fade out from the start and will finish fading to the left. Thrown on hyzer it will hold the angle it's released on and won't flip up at all. You will find consistency out of this disc in all winds and on any course you need. The method is a must have addition to anyones bag. I do not throw this disc forehand just because it feels uncomfortable in my hand but I do know people who like this disc forehand.

I love my KC Roc and I just took it out of my bag after a round with the Exo Hard Method. It's a similar feel in hand, flatter than the Neo by a good bit. The plastic feels nice and grippy and I can tell it's going to beat in great.
It isn't nearly as stable as the Neo which is what I was hoping for. Still has a nice reliable fade though. Whereas the Neo starts hyzering 65-75% of the way through its flight when thrown flat, the Exo doesn't hyzer until near the end of its flight. It reminds me of a well beat in Star Teebird in that regard.
I can see myself cycling these for different stabilities while having the Neo for the OS slot. I'd say after a few more rounds, I'll start seeing a touch of turn and eventually use it for turnover and hyzerflip shots. I also bag the Origin, so with a Neo Method and Exo Hard or two, all my midrange needs are covered.
