I threw this disc years ago soon after Discmania got started. If you don't know and probably not if you are reading this most Discmania discs are or were made by Innova discs. This was a modified Shark is what I heard and it seemed to fly similar as well. Now Discmania has partnered with Latitude 64 in Sweden to have some discs made and some by Yikun in China.

This disc doesn't get a lot of love compared to newer options but it none the less is a great flier, true to the flight numbers and you cannot go wrong. Maybe the only downside is it's not available in a wide variety and likely will never be.

I really liked the MD1 from Discmaniaas a nice workhorse mid. Brand new it had decent stability, and seasoned into a straight flyer you can really work on any line. It feels and flies very similar to an Innova Shark. It is a little more rounded in feel and the S-line plastic felt great and handled wear extremely well. Its a great disc, but it is overshadowed by so many other more well known mids that are out there.

Not a bad disc, seems a little more overstable than what I was hoping for. The disc itself feels good in the hand, I don't care much for the plastic. I prefer a DX VRoc for these types of overstable mid shots.

I personally love this disc for shots within 150 feet.  The flight patter is straight with a slight fade at the end.  For distance control, I know when I throw this disc that it is going to park right next to the basket.
